Walking inside I was warmly greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I was escorted back to the boot section by a very kind gentleman who gave me an advanced class on all things cowboy boot-there is much more to the boot and the history than I would have imagined. I tried on a few pairs(I wear a size 14 so I am limited) lucky for me I found a pair of all black boot because that is exactly what I had intended to buy. The price wasn't cheap, but I don't think they were that expensive either. We've been going through show-lamb feed like mad the last few months and the curbside loading is wonderful. Recently purchased some cat vaccines and each sold for well under $10 each. Feline Rhinotracheitis-Calici-Panleukopenis Vaccines to be precise; "Focus Cat Vax 3". Needed to de-worm and vaccinate as well as she had visible tape worms. Not sure what these worms look like? They look like pieces of white rice and you guessed it; they are located on your cats bottom. Picked up Bayer brand Tape Worm tabs; 3 tabs for $20. Praziquantel tabs to be precise. Do not enjoy either one of these activities as I'd prefer to have my vet take care of these needed tasks however I am on a very restrictive and frugal lifestyle so I'm just grateful I am able to locate these two items at prices that I can afford. When I asked for a price adjustment or exchange--well within the 14-day policy--I was refused. An employee took my items to the back, gave me a gift card and did not even put my name on it and told me, "We are not selling them to you." I was denied my discount, denied an exchange, and treated extremely poorly. Pamela who helped me had the worst attitude and said this was a private sale. How can it be private if there is a large banner on the building OPEN HOUSE!! They STOLED MY MONEY!! My credit card company was shocked and disgusted at Pamelas attitude.
