Unfortunately, the restaurant is not well managed, so the service was poor. On the first visit, we waited quite a while for our food. On the second visit we ordered just appetizers and, again, we waited 20+ minutes, only to get the wrong food and, rather than wait, we ate it, but the food was very good. While we were waiting for our food, we witnessed waitresses carruing food to serve outside seating, and watched them return inside with the food several times, which indicates confused service management bad training. John, the owner, is so cordial and easygoing as well. I personally corresponded with him throughout the time leading up to the event to coordinate and I have to say, the name 'sweetguy' is very appropriate for him and his business. He came out to our headquarters last year as well for a different kind of event, but this year was about 400 additional guests and he handled it flawlessly. I wouldn't trust any other truck to provide this service for our company. He will always be our go-to ice cream guy.

Everyone knows not to drink on an empty stomach (or live on an empty one) or just DON'T EVER have an empty stomach. Food's way too good! We came on a Saturday afternoon I think the line had just calmed down at around 5pm. We're starved as ush so finally get to try this amazingness! As vegetarians, there usually isn't much for us to choose from but these guys have 2 main wraps and plenty of other side things you can order. They basically have a little bit of everything for everyone! Even for the kids! Since we couldn't pick which one to ordered we just ordered the Opa! Falafel and the Wrapped Falafel. Wow! It was so fresh and made very quickly at the moment. The falafel felt like they were just fried. What I love about it is how stuffed with falafels it was (usually people get a little stingy when serving falafel wraps) I think i counted 6 in mine! Hands down the Wrapped Falafel was my favorite. We hired Mobile Pie Truck for our wedding on 9/1/2024. I cannot say enough good things about them…read more We had 120 people and they absolutely blew us away. We've been to at least 30 weddings collectively and the food at ours was top two. We did a salad course, pasta, 5 varieties of pies, two wood fired veggie variations and the cast iron cookies. MPT also handled cocktail hour--arrancini, chicken tenders and chicken meat balls, plus charcuterie and crudite. Everything was so delicious and impressive, our guests still talk about it. We had an upscale backyard wedding, and the guys accommodated our request to do family style service. The execution was completely seamless and the presentation was even more intentional than we expected. The food was hot, delicious, perfectly timed and well portioned. I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say. We have been thinking of other events we can host just so we can use Mobile Pie Truck again. Frank was very easy to work with, communicative and professional. They accommodated requests for additional items like pastas and salads we were interested in that weren't on the menu. They helped curate our courses and offered suggestions on what would and wouldn't work for menu options at scale. They were friendly and clean and they had a really impressive setup. We found their pricing to be the most reasonable of all the vendors we looked into, and the execution was truly seamless. Wedding food even at the more dialed in venues can be so boring, forgettable and most of all expensive. Mobile Pie Truck was the antidote to all the typical wedding catering pitfalls and then some.
