The parking place had ample parking where you needed a mobile app to pay for your parking. There was a larger souvenir store there if you needed to kill time before your seating. When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Being in a different state, I reached out to Brine to coordinate a reservation and purchase a gift card to ensure they were taken care of. They were extremely helpful with making sure it all went smoothly, which made me eager to try the restaurant for myself when I visited this year. Within minutes of stepping through their doors and taking a seat, I knew Brine was going to become one of my new favorites. The staff are all super attentive and really take the time to get to know their guests. It was so nice to hear wait staff greeting their regulars by name, celebrating birthdays with them and talking about important milestones as if they were part of their family. The food completely blew me out of the water - the ingredients fresh and packed with flavor. My family's favorite appetizer is the Brooklyn Style Wings - maybe because we are from Brooklyn, but the wings are addicting with the flavors of sausage, peppers, and a vinegary sauce. The burger was the most surprising of them all, with big flavor and smokiness infused into every bite of meat. Oysters were clean, fish was fresh, and the homemade chips had the perfect crunch. I'm so glad I discovered Brine, but now am so disappointed that I don't live in Sarasota full time to be able to dine here more often. Connors did not disappoint. My filet was a perfect medium rare with a fantastic char. Let's face it we can get such a fantastic char on our home Weber without over cooking it. Those professional grills are wonderful. Gary's prime rib was perfectly medium rare as well. Gary enjoyed a few Stella's and I enjoyed a red sangria. Finished our meal with strawberry icecream that we shared. The restaurant is configured so that privacy for those intimate meals as there are numerous cozy booths. Service was excellent with our server checking back to see if everything was delicious and asking if we needed anything. Best part, they do take reservation. Sorry, no photos. I prefer to concentrate on our meal and each other.

The Caesar salad was just drenched in Caesar dressing, which I requested to have on the side, the garlic, mashed potatoes taste like boxed potatoes and the steak has a grain fed taste to it. I also request my steak to be Pittsburgh seared but they can never get it right. This location is just an OK. Nothing special nothing stands out other than the decor for the price if you're getting a I would go to Texas Roadhouse where you get rolls, a salad, an additional side, your steak (bone in ribeye and peanuts at a better price.
