The reason I'm giving this two stars is because they're all star cheer program is terrible I guess it's a good starter for cheer but after I cheered for a couple years I left they're all star cheer teams are horrible first of all they're uniforms are from this girl that hand sews them instead of them investing into rebel and stuff because no reason are uniforms we would never have them for showcase and they only have 4 teams compared to other gyms with like 11 teams they're cheer program only goes up to level 3 no worlds teams or anything so I don't know what you expect because I wasn't gonna stay on a level 3 team and it's just bad planning in general they are very unorganized the director for the cheer gym (I won't say names) but she won't take advice from any parents to make it better they're cheer teams are always loosing the only time they win is when they're not against anyone we don't go to big comps only TSN we don't travel no summit no nothing and I won't say names again but one of the coaches who still works there would body shame my team and teammates telling us "you guys aren't in shape" "don't be eating chips" and she would condition us till the point we felt like I mean I don't know DYING! These other big gyms like Top gun, Cali All Stars, Cheer Athletics, Cheer Extreme and etc. you'd think they work you this hard because they don't I am now at one of those gyms and I've never been happier no matter how bad your doing they still condition you but not the point your gonna die here at Vipers we would do like 3 floors of bear crawls front and backwards like? At my new gym they know not to condition us to hard especially in this weather these days this gym needs to highly improve and they're old coach Coach Erin everyone some how hated her but they didn't realize because she was a hard core coach and wanted us to win ever since she left the cheer team went down fall they waste your time conditioning you until you die instead of actually be hard core coaches no wonder we always lost they're not good coaching staff and need to be stricter I've seen my routine when I went here it's looks horrible I don't recommend going here if you've already been doing cheer for a while seek in better gyms the only reason I gave this two stars is because I do have some friends here that I still talk to but really un organized read more

This studio is good while still being affordable. There are classes for all different ages of kids and they really appear to be having fun.

I love the teachers and coaches.My daughter has had a tremendous experience with this dance and cheer studio. I highly recommend everyone that is looking for a good studio. If i could leave this place no stars i would. My daughter was on the all star team here 2020-21. She competed for one whole season which was not too bad. However, after trying out for the next season and making the team things changed. Their head coach Erin is rude and disrespectful. One of the girls who dances and cheers decided that she would put two hands on my daughter and choke her. My daughter is 5 years old, the girl was 8. Although this girl had 3 other infractions (calling other girls fat, tripping a girl when going for a water break, and pushing another girl while waiting in line) the coaches and staff took no action towards her. She was allowed to continue cheer and dance. Instead Erin took it upon herself to single out my child and make her feel uncomfortable. She pushed us out of the gym, attempting to remove her from team 2x. She was unsuccessful. Eventually my daughter felt so uncomfortable that she chose to leave the team and join elsewhere. Beware of this place. & if you still continue to choose to come here make sure you are present when your child is practicing because anything can happen. They play favoritism to some children and not all children have the same "good" experience. Also, they chose to make it difficult for me to even get a partial refund. The receipts were difficult to understand and eventually i just had to see it as a loss and pay for a season elsewhere. Be diligent when looking into this place for dance or cheer. They have no place for advancement and if you go anywhere else for anything they will shun you. There are so many other studios and all star cheer teams without the politics. I suggest you try those! This place is absolutely DEPLORABLE and I have given them one too many chances. I have taken classes at the Talent Factory on and off throughout my life up until 14 years old. I am currently 21 now and was looking around for Adult dance classes in my neighborhood. I have remembered coming here (Gymnastics 2nd-3rd and Dance/Competition team 9th-10th) when I was in my pre-college education days and decided to pop in and see what their Adult Jazz class was all about. But just as I remembered from my younger days, the Talent Factory has the RUDEST PEOPLE working the front desk, teaching and taking dance classes. The students that thrive here the most are bullies, and how I know this, is because I went to Townsend Junior High and Chino Hills High with some of those dancers and I've seen how they treat other people, in school and at the studio. From 2nd-3rd grade and in 9th-10th grade. Thankfully in high school, I was able to find a much better studio in Upland to continue my dancing and was able to leave this toxic environment. Now graduating college and being too old for many dance classes in the I.E. I am no longer able to go to my previous Upland dance studio as they do not provide Adult classes at this time. So with the Talent Factory being 5 minutes away from my house and providing an Adult Jazz class, I decided to give them another chance. But as I came to the front office to ask questions about that class, I was treated as a second-class citizen, I was given vague and dismissive answers. And had to pry information out of them as it was CLEAR they had no interest in speaking to me. Just as I had remembered them to be in high school, nothing has changed at the Talent Factory. They find people who stand out from the crowd, people who are themselves in all their uniqueness as threatening and instead of getting to know the people who are not like them, they mistreat and make fun of them as a coping mechanism. So my suggestion to parents (but mostly speaking to Minority parents/Minority children) looking for a place to dance, cheer or do gymnastics, go in and see for yourself. BUT paying for your child to be mistreated isn't a sensible way to use your money. read more

I came here for my niece's birthday and this is the PERFECT spot for a kid's party. There's a large room in front with room to comfortably fit 25-30 people. The actual gymnasium is huge with so much for kids (and adults) to do. Climbing rope, foam pit, trampolines, bounce areas, etc. read more

Their all star cheer program needs to go recreational and not charge all star fees. The communication was non-existent, and their billing system would auto debit odd charges here and there. When questioned, the front office gal said, "I don't know how to look into it. It is what it is." I asked another mom about this who had her daughter there previously and she said, "Yeah, they are very rude, but it's the owner's friends so you can't say anything to complain." There are too many other places to go around here. Not to mention, the coaching was terrible. They don't care about technique. We had to spend a year at a new gym correcting what they taught my daughter. Zack was nice, other than that, it was a complete mess. read more

My daughter has done ballet her whole life but just joined her high school competition dance team last year. Quite a difference from ballet, point shoes, etc. Carissa has been working very closely with her over the last year and now, not only has my daughter made the transition from ballerina to competition dancer but her turns, aerials and pom skills have improved dramatically under Carissa's caring and watchful eye. My daughter has been at Talent Factory for about 3 months now trying her hand at a Hip Hop class,she was very excited. In the last 3 months I have had NO communication with her young male instructor( strike 1).The classes I have stayed to watch were out of control.Girls were pulling their pants down and their leotards up showing their backsides,screaming, talking and the instructor had no control (strike 2).He has been telling them that he was going to record them and put it on the internet so they could "practice". I had taken my daughter dressed in her costume 3 weeks in a row but each time he had some reason why it was cancelled. I finally went to the front desk where I was met with a girl chatting with her friend eating candy. I asked her if they would be recording in the studio and her response was "maybe they are and maybe their not."I was shocked at her snotty sarcastic attitude.( strike 3) I went on to explain that I was uncomfortable with the lack of communication and I wanted to know why the girls were being recorded and where the video would be posted. She had no idea. Mind you her and her sister ( also very snotty) are supposed to be running the show. Long story short he only recorded the girls so he can add them to his "reel" for HIS talent agent so he can get jobs. He lied to the girl and told them it was for their benefit and then told me something completely different in front of my daughter leaving her very disappointed. It has become VERY apparent that this studio only invests in the girls that are there multiple days a week. It's a complete madhouse with no one overseeing the instructors or what's going on in the studios. Not to mention the front desk staff has a lot to learn when it comes to dealing with the public and being professional. I guess some parents use it as a daycare and don't care to get involved or ask questions but I'm not that kind of parent. It's my job to protect my children and make sure they are comfortable. So on to the next studio, hope we have better luck. read more

Great place for gymnastics however their housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The men's bathroom has had a burnt out light bulb for 4 weeks straight now. It has never had soap to wash your hands. The women's restroom has smelled like urine since we have been coming here. It is also always out of soap. The gymnasium mirror have huge cracks which are very dangerous. Obviously the owner is more concerned with collecting our payments than maintaining their business. read more

I've been to Baldy View Gymnastics, Precision Gymnastics, and a couple of others whose name I can't remember. They all have Pro's & Con's. As for The Talent Factory...it is up to the teacher you luck up with. Mr. Zach is GREAT! He needs to work with all of the kids. There were two different females who taught my 2yr olds class. The younger one was good, but the older one (maybe 20-25 yrs old) was VERY good. I like that this place takes gymnastics seriously & it's not just a place to dress your kids up in cute clothes and take cute pics in. The only negatives I see are the bathrooms and lobby floors need a weekly or daily cleaning instead of the ONE cleaning they maybe get per year. Other than that, it's a good place for the beginning, serious gymnast. Try it through a Groupon and see if you like it. read more

My daughter loves this place. The teachers are very serious about their training and are very good at what they do. My daughter has only been going to the Talent Factory for about two months but has learned more during those two months than she learned in a year at her former studio. I was very disappointed in this place. I brought my 10 yr old daughter to "try" a class. The staff was not welcoming at all they just pointed us in the direction of the class and said who the teacher was. (I guess she was too busy socializing with the other parents to get up from her chair and walk us to the room) the teacher Lindsey was not friendly at all. The only question she had was " is she going to do the Christmas routine it's in two weeks"? How would I know this as my daughter has never taken a dance class. Halfway through the class my daughter comes out and tell me that Miss Lindsey sat her to the side and told her to watch! Unacceptable behavior from the so called staff and instructors. My daughter was crushed! Needless to say I will not be taking her back ever and to the staff and Miss Lindsey I hope you are more involved with potential dance students in the future! read more

I love the talent factory! This place is perfect. Classes of all kinds, For all ages ranging from 2-18 and even Adult Jazz classes! I mean what's better then this? Prices are nice and they have plenty of teachers to try from WOW. Not to mention the staff is very helpful. Come up with a question and they will with no problem help you! Mr. Zack is a gymnastic good teacher. He is friendly and funny, my daughter really enjoys his class. However, the building in itself, everything is chaotic outside the classrooms. The classrooms itself are crowded, with one class near the other. For example, there are about 3-4 classes going on at once in their gym. No walls to divide any classes. We stayed for a couple months. Recently, on the first class of the month, I paid them the $55 for her ONE class. I figured it was not late because, it was the first class of the month (first Wednesday). I went in to pay at the front desk, and they said I had to pay a late fee of $15 because the payment was due on the 10th of every month. I mentioned to her, NO one mentioned this to me. She was very cut and dry. I explained that I lived a few cities away, and it was really out of my way to come during the week when my daughter didnt have any class just to pay them, when I could wait until her first class of the month just to pay them their lousy 55 bucks. Her response, "you can always call and pay over the phone!" I tried explaining we had never been late on a payment...she would not budge, She said if we wanted to continue classes we had to pay her an extra 15 bucks. As for make up lessons, they only allow one makeup lesson per month. I found that a bit unfair. But whatever. We will not be returning anymore. I found the staff unprofessional, and money hungry...they did not tell me ahead of time that I needed to pay by the 10th of every month, nor that there would be a fee. As a teacher myself, I recommend the company creating a written policy for all parents to take home. Also, no one communicates days they will be closed, or anything....Supposedly its via email...I never receive any. The teachers do not communicate very well with parents. Communication is HORRIBLE with the staff as well. read more

My niece dances here and the staff Is really good with her. She looks forward to class every week!!
