The shop delivered the arrangement to my friend within the window promised and then sent me a picture so I could see the final outcome too. They followed up via email, which was nice as well. I called the owner Jose he was a bit on the road side and he gave me every excuse that they had a graduation they had a funeral he could not promise the delivery with his attitude. He demands to refund me 2 times and I bluntly agreed. How dare they keep someone waiting for their flowers, which cost $185, and then fail to deliver them as requested. I was a bit surprised when they asked for my specific instructions, considering they should have already been aware. It would have been more convenient if they had just sent me an email letting me know they were busy, then I could have taken my business elsewhere.
