I originally come from Bournemouth but now live in Norwich, every time I come back to see family I make sure to fit in a visit to the Tattoo Parlour. This weekend I brought my mum and sister along and they both loved it!! I had a cheese and bacon burger, and not only was it amazing value for money, but I can safely say it's one of the best burgers I have ever had (and I do consider myself to be quite the burger connoisseur!)
They also have an amazing choice of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with the only problem for me often being deciding what to choose! A particularly tasty favourite of mine are the dirty shakes - your choice of milkshake with a cheeky shot added, you can't get any better than a thick chocolate milkshake with Sailor Jerry rum!
Not only is there tasty food and drink at more than affordable prices, but also a relaxed atmosphere and genuine kindness and friendliness from all the staff working there. I often find with some other tattoo shops that the staff seem to be quite pretentious, with a holier-than-thou attitude, which can be very off putting to people, especially those who aren't necessarily into tattoos and the culture of body modification, but this could not be further from the case with Caroline and Simon at Scribe Tattooing and The Tattoo Parlour Cafe and the rest of their staff.
Therefore, I highly recommend anyone who likes eating or drinking to visit the Tattoo Parlour Cafe, young or old, tattooed or not, there will definitely be something for you there (even vege-burgers for the no meat fans!) I just wish we had something like it here in Norwich, although I definitely would be willing to drive the 9 hour round trip from Norwich to Bournemouth to taste that burger again! read more
