The Tea Room

Don't be fooled by the name this is not a place to sit sip and chat. Formally located in E. Shaver Book store now it's located around the corner from that. It's a cozy little space filled with everything tea. Their tea cups are all high quality bone china and real gold edging. Anastasia is very knowledgeable and helpful if you're new to tea. They have some super nice tea necessities in the store. I had my eye on an electric kettle . If you're near the book store take the time to find it and stop in and say hi.

If you're a tea lover, you need to visit The Tea Room. You won't regret it! Whether you want to grab your favorite tea or try something new. They are inside E. Shaver bookstore. The Tea Room is small. There is a cozy room to the side which you can enjoy a pot of tea. But I prefer to get a cup of tea to go. And to grab an ounce of two of tea to take home with me that I'll brew myself. The Tea Room has a wide variety of teas. There is something for everyone. From the classics, custom blends, & Tea Room only teas. One of my personal faves is the Savannah Breaskfast. If you are a tea novice, no worries! The friendly staff can help you figure out a tea for you. And suggest where to begin on your tea journey.

This was such a sweet place!!! I found this gem walking around downtown. The owner was in the store and was very helpful and sweet! She made me the peach sweet tea which was very good! The place was very small but in the best way! Every thing was very easy to look at and very organized. Definitely want to go back!

While I have not had the pleasure to go in person yet, I have been a huge fan of their teas for years! Here is a picture of our latest shipment from them. I love their herbal blends the best. Top three-Tea for Ruby, Mirabelle, and their French Vervaine. They are my go-to for anything Rooibos, but they have wonderful green teas and black teas as well. They shipped to us very quickly. Thank you Savannah Tea House!

Fabulous little tea shop. Quite a large selection for a small shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. The iced tea was delicious. Everything was very reasonably priced. Well worth the trip.

Love the selection of tea available:)

The place is located inside the E Shaver Bookstore- they share the same entrance. Turn right when you enter. A cute little tea store with a small room in the back for seating. They have all kinds of tea to choose from. My favorite is the crème brulee, it smells and tastes wonderful. I have also tried the Daisy Chocolate, which is basically a Girl Scout thin mint cookie in the form of tea. They always have some samples around the counter. The girl working was really nice and it was her first day there. There is a small room in the back to but I am sure it's barely empty. If you love tea, you need to check this place out.

Cute cat decor.

We visited this beautiful little tea room twice on our visit to Savannah, and I definitely recommend stopping by if you are a tea enthusiast. Come on a Sunday, and you will have the opportunity to learn ALL about tea from the lovely gentleman behind the counter. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will make the best cup of hot or iced tea for you after getting to know what your taste preferences are. He has a plethora of knowledge. The tea blends here are unique, very high quality, and sourced from all around the world. I can't wait to move here so I can visit the shop again and bring some loose tea home with me. Definitely stop by!

I loved my visit to the Paris Market! I had seen all over social media that this was the place to…read morevisit in Savannah, and for once that turned out to be true. The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! Then, you can stroll around the main level and lower level shop and admire all of the treasures. I can't wait to visit again soon!

We had really high hopes for The Paris Market and left a little disappointed. From the name and…read morebranding, we expected more of a true Parisian café experience with great pastries, little snacks, desserts, and a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. That said, we're still glad we stopped in if you're nearby. It just didn't quite live up to the experience we had imagined
