We thought Bento was an aggressive dog, but Jamie said he was just reactionary so he was willing to train him. We have been working with Jamie for over five months, and we love his teaching methods. He is very skilled and provides us (the humans) with individual instructions on how to improve our dog and our own reactions to him. We have been dedicated to getting Bento to be less reactive and he is doing much better. We have walked the mall three times; once with a group of his dogs and twice with just Jamie. Jamie has an excellent assistant instructor when he needs him to be available. We are now working on agility training, which our dog loves. We love Jamie and will continue to have him train our dog for as long as we can.

Most importantly what I have experienced in her sessions are Spirit lead, taking me to a place of peace and growth. I have seen her in person and sessions over the phone. Don't doubt the phone work, even without the hands on it is just as amazing. After our first session she called me to check up and I was in the middle of Macys, as we talked it became a healing session. There I was in Macys with a full sense of a heavenly spirit loving me and cleansing me as we spoke. It was one of the most remarkable phone calls I have ever had. We have done inner child work, energy clearing and cleansing and many other things that came up in our sessions. I gained a solid foundation with positive reinforcement training that set us up for success. I've also worked with Emma with a rescue dog who had major fear and aggression issues. I found Emma to be very knowledgeable and appreciated the advice and insight she gave us and the program she put us on. Don't expect them to train your dog for you, that's not something that any trainer can do unless you're prepared to essentially hire them as a part time employee for an extended period of time. Dog training takes time and consistency. Do expect them to set you up to be able to put in the time working with your dog, use positive reinforcement methods that are proven to help animal minds learn better than stressful punishment based methods (not to say I don't believe there's never a time to reprimand a dog for bad behavior, just saying reprimands don't help anyone learn good behavior which is the purpose of training) and answer your questions.
