Our instructor was so NICE and when she came in the help me, I really (regretfully) started feeling the burn. They have cardio incorporated for their barre, but also have stand alone strength training, and mindful flow (balance and stretching) focus classes. I ended taking another class here but this time it was the mindful flow (balance and stretching) and I broke out into a SWEAT but my body felt relaxed. I absolutely wished they offered the flow class more than once a week bc it was so good for my nervous system. Also - they have a cute area for your littles to hang out while you work out (just book that on the app) Parking lot IS small so just be mindful of the other businesses who use it! They have specials, but I'm going to do drop in classes which come out to $33 per class

My initial impression was excellent. The entry area seems more spacious and inviting, and the selection of retail items (think: sticky socks) and wearables, is significantly enhanced. In fact, I scooped up a pair of leggings by Beyond Yoga, in navy, with a gold splatter print--these will be perfect for the holidays. The class that I took was the right mix of challenging and accessible. The studio was kind enough to provide refreshments--coffee and some gluten free muffin bites--post class. Sydney, the PB instructor, has been very proactive about reaching out to follow up with me. I look forward to returning to this studio the next time I am in town.

My one complaint is the instructor didn't group us all together or show us what to do. She was calling out exercises and I had to look at the regulars in order to know what I was supposed to be doing. I feel like I can stream a workout and get the same amount of direction but have an easier time figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing!

The person in charge is Kaycee above her is her manager Ashley. Where do we begin so I had a C-section and I could no longer walk the stairs at my daughter school so called Ashley, who is above everyone else and clarified that there was another option for me to pick up my kids, which was calling Site Phone number. They never ever ever answered the site phone number I would always have to reach out to Ashley by either phone or email and hope that I can get a hold of her because no one would answer the phone. Kaycee decided to have an inappropriate conversation, questioning my daughter asking if I take stairs at home. Also telling my daughter that we really can't allow this anymore so I had to make a phone call to Ashley about it. I had a doctor's note. Kaycee also had multiple inappropriate conversations with my daughter, would try to bring my daughter over to her house by herself to see her new puppy, would question and ask if she could take her shopping with one on one time and when my ex constantly denied these request, we get a phone call that Kaycee had reported to DCFS. Kaycee stated my daughter had marks on her arms and was being abused. The DCFS caseworker went to school and was very confused as well as there were no marks of any kind on my daughter's arms. Kaycee put my child in a situation that was completely unneeded and is traumatizing. The principal was even confused as they had never had any concerns. We brought all this evidence as well as pictures of my daughter from the morning we dropped her off in the morning to when I picked her up, proving no marks on her arms to the Director Ashley and nothing was done to Kaycee about the false misinformation that was told, when I asked Ashley if she had seen my daughters arms, she said no. We raised these concerns to Ashley. I also told Ashley detailed information about Kaycee talking badly about her. Somehow Kaycee is still working there and working around children.

I got the first month membership at $99. I signed up for these classes because I was having…read morepostpartum depression after recently having my baby. The classes have helped me a lot. Weights are involved in some exercises, but a lot of it involves lifting your own body weight. Lots of sweating and shaking of legs (they really work your butt muscles), but they encourage the shaking because it usually means you're truly challenging yourself. They also offer alternative positions if the default ones are just not working for you. I have only seen women in the classes, which I prefer because I feel a sense of camaraderie with them. Even if I have to modify my exercises, I always feel accomplished at the end. Since joining, my balance has gotten better, and my ab and butt muscles are stronger! Instructors are very motivational and friendly. During the classes, they sort of cheer you on, and they will walk around to check in with people individually, asking them how they are feeling and helping them make adjustments if necessary. They also make an effort to remember people's names. Bathroom is very clean! I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because the normal monthly membership is a little expensive for me. Could they offer a deal like, commit to 4 months and you get $20 off your monthly dues? Overall, I really enjoy Barre3, and it has helped my physical and mental wellness. **I would also like to add that the pictures in the description are accurate. Some companies will use pictures that are misleading and not representative of what the location actually looks like. Not the case with this one. They keep it very clean.**

Signed up for the 2-week unlimited thanks to Yelp and am completely infatuated with this class. The studio - modern, open, clean, cork floors, bathroom amenities. The instructors - I've had 5 different instructors in 9 classes and all were nice yet challenging. Sometimes hard to breakdown the move from words alone so mirrors were key in following along. The workout - I'm usually a gym/run rat but have dabbled in some class addictions. But, this class pushes me to my limits and fatigue my muscles. A great cardio, rear and core workout. Unfortunately, I'll be headed home to HI after 2 weeks here in STL and will need to breakup with you, Barre3. It was good while it lasted.

I have been coming to PLNK for 3 years now because there are very few studios in STL that do Lagree Pilates which I love. I gave 3 stara because their customer service is poor and very frustrating. They have a phone number online which I have only had someone answer maybe once. it is virtually nonreachable. when I leave a voicemail I never hear back. you have to send an email to customer service if you need help with your account or a class cancellation, credits, etc. it's very frustrating that none of the studio employees can help with this or to be able to reach someone in real time. The app is very glitchy and it's all around frustrating. if there were more studios offering Lagree I probably wouldn't stay here jsut because of the poor customer service.
