My computer had pop-ups that looked like a virus. I saw several very good recommendations for Josh on Nextdoor so I called him. He came to my house on Jan. 13th -- fixed the virus issue, connected the free windows virus protection and cleaned out my computer. I'm computer-challenged so he created icons for me to click on the sites I visit often. I was having trouble hearing vlogs/videos - he noticed there was a thin wire plugged into the back of my monitor (which was for ear-phones.) Now I could hear the vlogs/videos.
