He is a sincere, honest individual, as shown by the extra time and care he spent with us. Not only did Randy correct the problem, he went out of his way to check out many facets of our computer use. This includes costs and subscriptions we didn't know about. In addition, he had suggestions for pertinent suggestions for online television, and so on.
