Working with Josh and Sean, or in my case, watching Josh and Sean work is a Master Class in technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer support. The first time we met, and I showed them "the closet" that housed all the modems, routers, and switches that fed the various locations around the house, Sean looked at the embarrassingly messy nest of cables, thought for all of 30 seconds, he pulled one of the cables from one ports on a switch and put it in a different port. Yellow lights turned Green, and he explained why. The rest of the first visit was a lot like that. So, these are the guys you want supporting your home or business, regardless of the size, whether in-person or remotely with their Managed Services.
