The staff is always friendly, smart, knows where their inventory is, and great dealing with. I've ordered online for pickup too which makes faster shipping during busy weekends. The store's reward program add up well, useful for my infrequent purchases nabbing some dollars off. Shorts are good here too, the fleece and khaki are excellent. I'm not youthful enough for many of the items due to the large logos but accessories like belts and flipflops work often into everyday fits. Parking is often plentiful at this end of the mall. This is now my regular go to card shop for pokemon cards and the owners are extremely friendly. The prices are very fair (cards are based on prices from tcg player) and they can sometimes work you a deal if you happen to also be selling. If you are interested at all in pokemon cards or similar card games, I highly recommend this shop. You can even bring your consoles and hang out and play games here. Be on the lookout for special events such as trade nights also!

no stars. Went in…read moretoday to see about a replacement for a rc car my son was given for his birthday, less than a month ago and had the original receipt. The owner (Steve) stated it was an issue internally and i needed to take it apart to fix it. He offered no assistance other than referring to the manual. He obviously doesn't know how to troubleshoot an item, which is wild being the owner of a hobby car company. I don't know my way around these cars but he insisted they don't do returns and i would need to contact horizon. well i did and they won't do a return either since it wasn't bought directly from them. Would absolutely not recommend purchasing from a store that doesn't back what they sell. Especially a $200 purchase. Will no longer get business from myself or anyone i know. do better....
