This is what they are serving

I got three raw steaks I swear my dogs food taste better than this the bartender was extremely rude and his drinks were even worse. All the silverware was dirty as the workers. And only a quarter of them spoke English the rest didn't understand. The manger's attitude was unacceptable same with the workers they just didn't give a crap.

Wow! Once again I'm blown away by the many exotic places in New Jersey. I absolutely love everything about "The Terrance Of." The entrance is unbelievable delightful and the waterfall somehow gives it that Caribbean vibe. My friend was tying the knot as well as having her wedding reception at this beautiful location.Too bad I missed the wedding ceremony, but from the pictures and videos it was magnificent. Right after the ceremony, there was the cocktail hour...Oolala! A good variety of delicious food such as all type of grilled and fresh vegetables, a very unique choice of cheese platter, eggplant parmesan, steak, grilled lamb, calamari, fruits, and the list goes on... We were seated across the room for dinner where the bridal party was set up. The dance floor was incredibly spacious! My entrée was mouth watering, its been a while since I had such delicious and tasty salmon with some creamy mashed potato. Overall the staff and place it self was welcoming. For those coming from NYC and need to use Public transportation. It's recommended to take #163 bus from port authority, which is like 40 minutes or so from NYC! Without a doubt "The Terrance Of" is a place to consider for future gathering!

I was invited as a guest to a Knights of Columbus event here, and it was very nice. Classy place with great decor, excellent selection at the bar, just a very enjoyable event well-hosted with friendly staff.

The first time I came to the Terrace I was amazed by how delicious the food was. I'm no amateur to wedding venues, I'm practically a part-time wedding guest. Having attended so many weddings, I know that food is not something I ever really remember. However, the terrace was always in the back of my mind as one of the best venues because of the food, the space, and location. Fast forward two years after I attended a wedding here, I knew that this was a venue I should look into to as I started planning my wedding. When I walked into the terrace, as a bride shopping for the prefect location, I knew this was it. Everything from the shiny floors, wooden bar, modern and sleek ballroom, my husband and I knew that this would be on the top of our list. We sat down, discussed prices, options, and the whole nine. The banquet manager explained everything in so much detail and with such honesty that we automatically trusted him. Since this was our second venue, we kept shopping but we kept comparing everything to the Terrace. Needless to say, we went back and celebrated our wedding here. Being the extremely eager bride that I was, the banquet managers, Athena, Paula, and Tommy, were always there to answer all my questions and make recommendations. From options of linen, the ice sculpture to menu options, these guys were so patient and nice. The wedding day was picture perfect. Food was amazing, staff went above and beyond, and the bar was packed! All of our guests were in awe of the venue. We continue to hear "the food was out of this world" "everyone was so nice" "it was all top-shelf alcohol" "the staff was amazing". A couple of my friends mentioned how attentive the staff was to their requests & needs. My husband and I did. It have to ask for anything. Before we even got the chance, our needs were met. I couldn't have pictured a better place to party and celebrate our love and marriage. Thank you, Tommy and team for executing our wedding reception so effortlessly.

We ask if they have outdoor seating and they tell us they do, then they proceed to seat us in an area with windows and ceiling! And right next to a large and very loud Bridal shower (that would have been nice to know, we would have asked to be seated as far away as humanly possible.) Then we sit for 30 solid minutes without a peep from ANYONE. Then suddenly a confused looking young lady steps up and informs us "no one told her we were here." Guess that's OUR problem? Placed a drink order and another 20 minutes passes when I am informed it is no longer on tap. Drinks finally arrive, the "Craftsman IPA" is flat and "off" tasting. White wine was warm as if it was sitting in the sun. Food was not much better sadly. The Calamari was flavorless and tough - apparently someone forgot the Asian drizzle that was supposed to go on it. It was also that "fake" calamari where every piece is exactly the same size and shape. The "stuffed" meatballs were stuffed - with air! Literally nothing but a hole in the middle. The artichoke and crab dip had a strong fishy taste, it was so bad I feared it was tainted. To their credit they took it off the bill, eventually. And from the moment our drinks arrived earlier,, our server never once checked back on us for another drink, do we need anything, how is everything etc. Hey Craftsman - do better! Maybe some training in the kitchen and out on the floor is in order.

We recently got married at Park West Loft, and it was absolutely perfect…read more We were looking for a smaller wedding venue with incredible food and an open bar, and Park West delivered exactly that. We truly wouldn't have changed a thing. Our guests raved about the food and drinks just as much as we did! Since the ceremony and reception were held in the same room, the space had to be flipped during cocktail hour. We were a little worried our guests would notice or that it might be disruptive, but not a single person mentioned it. The transition was completely seamless, which is a huge testament to Vikki and her amazing staff. We worked with Vikki throughout the planning process, and she was incredible. She was responsive, organized, and present every step of the way. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and was there in person on the wedding day, which made such a difference. I had mentioned a few small personal touches I wanted set up, and without hesitation, she took care of every one of them herself. When we returned to pick up our belongings, everything had been packed neatly and carefully, which was such a thoughtful touch. We toured several other restaurant venues while planning our wedding, and at one venue we were told the coordinator would help us plan but wouldn't actually be there on the wedding day. That didn't sit right with us. Having Vikki there throughout our entire celebration gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Vikki and the entire Park West Loft team exceeded every expectation we had. From the planning process to the last moments of our wedding night, they made us feel genuinely cared for. We are so grateful for everything they did, and if we're ever planning another special event, Park West Loft will be the first place we call.

My (now) husband and I had our dream wedding here and it couldn't have been more perfect. We would do it over the same exact way every single time. For a couple who loves NYC and wanted to bring the vibe to NJ (where my husband grew up), the ambiance of PWL was everything we wanted. The exposed brick is beautiful and the space is so beautiful. I had the best customer service experience of my life working with the venue coordinator, Chris Ryter. We could not have had the day we did without him. Chris took care of EVERYTHING for us from the actual day we met - things I would never have thought of. He made the entire process so seamless. Leading up to the wedding, I gave him a 5 page "master doc" with what we had envisioned in terms of decor/set up and the execution was flawless. The entire staff was checking on us the entire night if we needed anything - from a tide to go stick to a glass of champagne. The food was delicious and everyone had a blast at the bar. If you're nosy like me, these were the entree selections we chose: - Roasted Amish Chicken Breast with Mushroom Marsala and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes - Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Tomato, olive, onion & basil and Grilled Zucchini Squash - Baked Ziti basil, ricotta, mozzarella

We waited 20 minutes to get water and OJ. Another 20 minutes to get Soda and after that the server never came around unless i held up my hand like a child. I was completely embarrassed as my in-laws were watching me flail my arms to get them something to drink. The food: The food items were basic and tasted pre-made. The only item that was quite delicious, was the Ham. Amazing! The omelette station was 2nd, but the one chef was extremely rude and did not listen to any order. Besides that, very basic and tasteless dishes. The staff: did not see any of the staff smile once. This was a huge disappointment on Mothers Day! The service: The service was just bad, i had to get up to get coffee, drinks and when asked for another sprite it never came. the absolute worst was the gratuity line as we had an automatic line for a sit down meal gratuity, this was buffet! Not a sit down dinner. Also, to give a nice kick, it was a cash bar. I have never seen of this on Mothers day, Atleast Mimosas. A very dissappointing experience, low quality food, service and atmosphere as noone seemed happy to be there with extremely good tipping for not doing much.
