On the second visit for an iced tea during a summer Trollway stroll, I thought I could head her (owner) off at the pass by stating up front we just wanted three drinks to go, no bulk tea. She made the drinks, blew right through my precondition and asked how much of the tea I'd like to bring home. Frustrated, I repeated that I didn't want bulk tea and reminded her I told her up front I didn't want bulk tea. She then tried to hard sell me on the bulk tea. I started wondering if I was on a hidden camera show. It was that awkward. There's pressure selling, then there's showing absolutely no regard for what the customer is saying.
