So not knowing the full process and how to go about getting a tattoo I called a tattoo shop. I have…read moregotten a tattoo before same day. I've also gotten a tattoo same day for my son. I described my tattoo to a gentleman on the phone around my wrist lettering I explained that I wanted to add to the tattoo and possibly fill in the lettering and that I wanted to come in the same day rather than come in for a consultation. The gentleman was a very rude and ended the conversation with he's not interested. I feel like it was very unprofessional and very rude. Do not go to this place my opinion not every customer knows exactly how things should or should not be done but for you to just end the conversation is very very rude and unprofessional made me feel like not even wanting to get a tattoo thanks guy on the phone. When he said he wasn't interested when getting off the phone I asked what do you mean you're not interested in his response was I don't have to tell you I would not recommend this place and I didn't even so much just get through the front door.

Lora is truly the best -- highly recommend. I used to have very low piercings and they looked terrible. I tried getting stacked piercings at Rowan, but the nurse (piercer) didn't really know what they were doing. My ears were poked multiple times, nothing was lined up, and it just looked off. Even though I paid a lot, I ended up taking them out. Then I went to Lora -- she immediately understood what I wanted, walked me through everything, and gave thoughtful recommendations. The result looks SO much better. I honestly wish I had found her earlier. Do not go to places that use piercing guns or devices -- they don't follow your markings properly. Go to Lora.

Rileigh was our piercer and I cannot say enough about how excellent she was. She was so personable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and walked us through the process, expectations, aftercare with ease. Everything was clean and sterile. My daughter was quite anxious about the whole process and Rileigh was the perfect person for her - patient, nonassuming, and kind. She went above and beyond and took her time with her even though I'm sure it put her behind for her other appointments. The piercings themselves were very quick and essentially painless for both of us using the needle technique, and my daughter was all smiles and over the moon thanking her when all said and done. Rileigh also had a little basket of treats that my daughter could choose from afterwards. My daughter literally said to me as we left, "if I ever have kids, I'm bringing them here!" As the shop does not do piercings for kiddos less than 8yo, I had to bring my 4yo to a different shop but would have much rather brought her to Patriots if I could - the experience at the other shop did not compete at all. When I had to return two weeks later because I accidentally ripped it out, he was very careful and knew what to do when it started bleeding as he put the stud back in. That said, while waiting for my initial visit, there was a LOT of cuss words being thrown around so if you don't care to hear that, avoid this place.
