The worst service I have ever had in my life…read more Do not recommend No stars at all! Worst service ever. Insurance company hired them for water damage to my home. 3 day job took 3 months. Moved every single item in m home ( clothes, furniture, pictures,etc.) to an unknown warehouse for new flooring to b put down. So many items stolen. Local company would never answer or return my calls. Different work crew every day that they came( which was only 5 times out of 3 months). The guys were that brought my furniture bk was very rude and hateful and wanted to place my whole house of furniture in 1 room and leave rather than placing it bk in its original spot. At least 1 piece of furniture in every one of my rooms had not scratches but huge chunks gashed out of the wood. I never report my complaints about bad service even when I really should but I had to make sure I did this time because that was the worst experience that me and my family have ever been through and don't want anyone else to have to go through that!!!

This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone! I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. He'd be coming back. Period. He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

Amanda was the first to respond when I contacted a few different cleaning services and they made it out of their way to accommodate us to clean our apartment on short notice. She moved things around to get out here sooner because we needed to move in. I have to say, Amanda and Elvis were exceptional!!! They cleaned the apartment beyond our expectations and got the stains off the carpet that even the apartment carpet cleaning company couldn't take out. In fact, some one from the company came to my house without our permission to attempt to "fix" the damage.
