I went as a walk in. Waited less than 5 minutes to be served. Personally I hate threading. But for me it lasts about 4 months whereas waxing only lasts about a month. It was only 1 lady in there and she only had one other customer so I am confused as to why the customer service was poor. She did my brows in under 3 mins after I have been growing them out for the past 4 months. I looked at them and informed her to please finish what I am paying you for because just a clean up is not going to do the job. After she finished it was okay but to charge me $22 and still want a tip is insane. She started being rude when she seen I didn't tip. I told her to have a nice day and no response. This is the only place I'll ever go for my brows. Even after moving from Newton to Worcester, I'll still drive the 35 mins back to Natick so that the ladies at The Threading Spa (this one is inside the mall) can work their magic. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've gotten my eyebrows done my entire adult life, threading for years. THEY RUINED MY FACE. I've been crying for an hour and cancelled my hair appointment so I can keep my bangs over my brow line. I had full gorgeous Cara D brows and I now have few hairs left. They're not even even! She took way too much off in general but even the top- who even touched much of the top!? I'm genuinely confused how they could be this fucked up when she had so much good hair to work with. I was openly upset and they did nothing to help. Not that I would ever go back but she said sorry and said I didn't have to pay. Obviously not! The ladies that work here aren't talented and don't know how to properly thread eye brows. Usually when I get my eyebrows done here it's really painful and sometimes they even make me bleed. I've had non painful threading experiences at other locations so I know it shouldn't hurt that much. They take off way too much of your eyebrow even when you ask them not to make them too thin beforehand. Also, they always leave your eyebrows noticeably uneven. Their go to excuse is always that- "your hair doesn't grow in evenly on your eyebrows". No, it's because they messed it up! Lol ... and no I don't want aloe read more

Most of the girls here are very nice and do a great job. They lose a star for price and the pain! Price: $15 is over priced since typically this chain is $12 for eyebrows. I love coming to this Threading spa, the first time i actually got my eye brows done was at the south shore plaza where I met this nice girl Shruti. She takes her time to actually make it look perfect for the shape of your face. I found out soon after that she move to natick mall, and every since then i been going there with my sister. At one time I liked going here to get my eyebrows done-costs slightly more than my usual wax place but sort of worth it not to have the bright redness. Now there are 2 new women working here. Last time I went the woman (don't know her name but she's the older one with curly hair) made my browline bleed slightly. That's never happened anywhere else. Anyway, a few months have gone by and I returned tonight and (foolishly, I know) sat with the same woman. When she was done, the right was quite a bit thinner and shaped differently than the left. I pointed it out and first she said I had a 'blank spot' which she had to work with, then said I had dry skin which caused extra hairs to fall out on that side. The thinner side looked better anyway and she just redid the left to match but of course that kind of sloppiness can't always be fixed that easily. Even less cool was the way that I asked if the other threader would just try one small spot on the eyebrow of my daughter's curious friend so she could see how it felt. I repeated 3 times 'just a tiny spot, not the whole thing' so she wouldn't feel that we were trying to get something for free. When my brows were done and I opened my eyes, I saw that the other threader was JUST FINISHING UP THE SECOND EYE on the young girl. So I ended up paying for both of us though the girl said she had also told her she didn't need the whole thing done (I think she was too shy to sit up and really insist that she stop). I left one small tip without saying who it was for. They can split it. Anyway, long story short, I've learned my lesson. I do not recommend and will never return. Minimal pain and redness but that's the least you should expect. Unprofessional and overpriced. read more

Me and my sister went here to try get my sister's eyebrows threaded. Firstly, the lady didn't understand what we wanted. We asked her to SHAPE the eyebrows, and NOT make them thiner. My sister asked for an arch where she naturally has it, to reinforce it cleanly. Just to make sure she knew what to do, we asked her to explain what she's going to do before she does it.....she couldn't. She just said she'll try. We decided to let her do her best. She did absolutely nothing! She removed a couple of hairs here and there, and there was NO SHAPE to the eyebrows. Also, the website shows a "salon" picture. There is NO salon, it's in the middle of the mall on the outside. There is basically NO leased closed space with a door. We DO NOT recommend this place at all. I was a regular customer here since it opened - I would get my full face done $40, and always tip generously $10. Believe me $50 for threading is a lot - but, for the sake of my skin, and to remain a loyal customer, I never think twice about spending that much. However, after one bad experience after another - I will never step foot in there again. First, there is a girl named Shruti - I was always very sweet to her. She makes endless excuses not to do full face. She says, they only do full face on certain days - the ones when she's not working. It's fine that she doesn't like doing it, but then she needs to have the owner mark this information more clearly. Second of all, I once went in with only an Amex, and since they don't accept it, Shruti, because I was a regular customer said I could stop by and pay the $15 for my eyebrows later. I assured her I would be back asap as I was in a rush. Last week, after 1.5 years, infront of other customers she almost yelled at me; said, you never paid! Excuse me, I said - I did come and pay and also left a $10 tip as a thank you. I told her it was an egyptian girl, I couldn't remember her name, but I described her, and Shruti rubbed it off. Second of all, the woman who did my threading this last week had no idea what she was doing! I can't remember her name, she was very rough! I told her with my light skin and dark hair, if she doesn't get all if, it'll show. She hardly removed any hair, and she made me break out. After that I decided I will never go here again.
