They burn my foot the first time i was there, and than expected me to stay after. But I just left.

Decided today was the day I would try out something fancy for my nails other than transitional one color polish. I provided a picture for my manicure and requested in be done with dip. The tech didn't clean or shape my nails at all, just went straight to dipping. The dip was WAY too thick and the colors weren't similar to the photo. Pedicure was average. Price was reasonable and staff were polite and timely, but based on results (see photo), I wont be returning. Left salon and immediately went to another salon to have the manicure removed and redone. read more

Absolutely love coming here. I gave this salon a chance a few months ago and needless to say, it is now my go to! All of the girls in there do amazing work and really take their time to make sure you're going to leave happy with what you got. I usually get acrylics but today I did a gel manicure and I'm obsessed with my nails, as always. Meghan and Sarah are amazing. Very friendly and personable. Their price point cannot be beat. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

Was going to this salon religiously until I got a pedicure and both of my big toes got infected. I had to go on antibiotics to get rid of the infection it was so bad. ( no ingrown toenails) They don't clean their equipment or their stations, the salon is very dirty. I was a loyal customer but I will never be coming back. read more

Great attention to detail. I had a pedicure and Megan was my nail tech. I like how they lined the tub. The chair didn't give the best massage but oh well - my toes look so good, and that's what it's about! Like another reviewer said, this place has a lot of potential! It was really hot outside and the AC didn't seem to be working properly - so it was kinda warm inside. They have fans inside - so I didn't sweat to death. The 2 sisters (who I believe took ownership within the last 9 months) work really hard and are so nice. I've been to several different nail salons, and the up sell of services without even asking makes me uncomfortable and I end up never returning. It's one thing to ask, it's another thing to insist. With a bad taste in my mouth, I came here on the defense. The good news: I made it clear what I wanted, and Megan actually listened! Short of a few salon aesthetics that could be easily improved - my pedicure turned out fantastic. They had a steady stream of clients when I came in on a Monday afternoon too. I'm excited to go back this week to get my acrylics filled and hope they turn out as good as my toes! I'll head over in the morning before the afternoon sun hits the salon and turns it into a sauna (maybe it was just today the AC didn't work properly?) I'll overlook those things because I like Megan and I'm very happy with the work she did, the location is convenient (if you can't find street parking, there is a lot very close by!), and the prices are great! Honest and sweet ladies who know how to make your hands and feet pretty. I would also disregard the negative first review since that was 6 years ago and obviously under different management. Again, don't be put off by the exterior - it's not a fancy/boujie place; and trust me I've been to those salons and they sometimes put more effort into how the place looks meanwhile the service and quality of work is lousy. The last few times at our go to salon we've not been happy so we tried Crystal for a change. We are very happy with our nails. They didn't have a lot of dip colors to choose from so that was a bummer. And it's kind of dreary and dated but prices are low and service was great so we shall return read more

The salon is disgusting and no sign of disinfectant in sight, counter tops, nail tools used, etc. the color on the swatch looked nothing like the dip powder they used. After 1 coat on one nail I tried to say the color was wrong but the nail tech said yes it was the one I picked and it will look better after a second coat. 30 minute later what the entire dip manicure done the color was completely wrong. We got the swatch to compare and Lo and behold it was a completely different color despite being the "correct number". To fix they decide to put a coat of gel on top- still a terrible color and now I have the thickest awful nails. read more

This place is exceptional. I stopped in meet with Meghan, she's kind, thoughtful with a very delicate touch. Meghan gave me a manicure and pedicure an it felt great! I'll definitely be coming back for more and I'll be bringing my lady as well. Okay, never been this upset with how my nails have turned out before. I wanted a white and pink ombré and I got something that is so far from what I wanted, It is laughable, but more so sad. The lady kept apologizing to me as soon as I started looking at my nails in depth. It took 2 hours for this lady to completely botch my nails.. After the lady noticed how visibly distraught I was, she thought it would be a good idea to tell me to "ask for my sister next time" and "she can do what you want" after failing to notify me from the beginning that she had no idea what she was doing! I immediately went to another salon and fixed them, yes that's how bad they were. Skip this salon. read more

I won't be coming back. as I was getting my nails done I hear her gossiping about customers so I could only imagine what she says about me when I leave. I also noticed that she didn't clean her tools customer to customer. it was disgusting. she takes for ever as well just to have your nails fall off the next day. SHE DOESNT NAIL PREP to prevent ur nails from falling of. I don't know how its possible to take forever and rush someone at the same time read more

This place has potential but it still has a long way to go. It is run by two sisters. They are super friendly and are not shy when it comes to offering their opinions. I would suggest coming in the mornings as it is slower and quieter and they can take their time taking care of you which is what you pay for! So yeah I went their on a Tuesday morning. And I liked they did for my gel mani and pedi. I would suggest bringing cash for tips. Oh and next time I will take pictures of my jobs done. But yeah, come support your local nail salon! read more

I cannot believe I just paid for this manicure. I was rushed out of there because they were busy. I actually waited longer than it look them to do my dip. I have never had any type of manicure done in fifteen minutes, until today. They are so uneven and there is still polish all over my hands. My hands were moisturized while they were still dirty and my nails weren't fully dry so they are dented, and dull. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

Second time I have been to Crystal nails and absolutely love it. These two sisters go above and beyond making you feel wonderful. Their service and quality of service is phenomenal and the prices are fantastic! I live in Wrentham on near the Franklin line and make the commute to come here. I have tried salons that are closer to where I live and this drive is well worth it!!! read more

The look of the place wasn't what i'd been used to at all, because I had been used to bigger nail salons but that didn't really affect me. I walked in and it was quiet which was nice. Then the lady started doing my nails and right away I was baffled at how nice the prices were. Dip for 35 instead of the usual 40 I pay seemed like a steal. As the woman is doing my nails she had multiple phone calls on speaker. I thought this was funny, but then later I realized that she might not have paid enough attention as she should've to my nails. It looked great, and I was so excited to show everyone my nails. About two days later, one nail just falls off. Then a couple minutes later another one falls off. Then another. And I inspected the nail job and all weren't really on well. I had to go back to my original nail place with the more expensive prices to fix the 6 broken nails. They were fixed and on well and i knew those nails wouldn't be a problem anymore. Then maybe 4 days later, the 4 old nails fell off too. Over all i'm spending double what I originally would've to get the fixed if I just went to my regular nail salon in the first place. I won't be returning to crystal nails, for a reason no other than not getting my money's worth. The people were very kind though. read more

*Prices were not as stated *Appointment took nearly 2 hours * 1 tech working on two customers * my manicure had many ripples and flaws, and my friend even went to a different salon right after because her "manicure" was so horrible. I first noticed this salon because of a sign on the door that advertised Shellac for $20. I called ahead and made two appointments for a friend and I to go. The salon was quiet and seemed to be run by a husband and wife who began doing our nails. About 10 minutes into my friend's appointment, another customer came in and the man left her to do work on the new customer's pedicure. The woman doing my manicure was very clumsy and had to redo 4-5 of my nails throughout the manicure. My friend who also got Shellac's nails were not completely cured and she had to go to a different salon because she was so fed up! When I went to pay, the manicurist charged my 30 dollars and claimed the sign in the window was advertising a polish change when it clearly was not! She was not even apologetic about the visit when I told her I would not be coming back! read more
