Previously, I found the service lacking and the employees weren't very professional or kind. However, my latest visit completely turned things around! Before heading over, I called ahead to confirm their hours, and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up visiting toward the end of the day, and the entire staff on shift was warm, laid-back, and super accommodating. The store itself wasn't perfectly organized, but to be completely fair, it was the Saturday right after a busy holiday weekend, so a bit of chaos is totally understandable given the foot traffic they must have had. I always like to keep my reviews up to date so other shoppers get an accurate picture, and I'm really happy to report that the customer service has significantly improved. I'll definitely be back!

So I can literally never make it to the store. Even staying open until 7 is more normal than closing at 6. This place is now called U2 Consignment buy & sell or something like that, Very disapointed…read more Brought in 7 pairs of brand name jeans (American Eagle, Pacsun, and GAP) and newer with no stains, 20 shirts/rompers, 2 sweat suits, & a few sweatshirts. 3 pairs of sunglasses 1 being Tommy Hilfiger, and 2 beautiful winter coats , 1 was brand new and 1 was white leather lined with real fur similar to an ugg jacket and very expensive & over 40 pcs of jewelry. . I am desperate for money to pay for my son's sports this year so I thought I might try here instead of Plato's Closet. But horrific idea, she offered me $55 for all of that! If I went to Plato's they would have given me more. I will never ever sell my things here again. Feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off. Seemed like she was trying to lowball me a price when Plato's has set prices they can't change! I told her I would take back the jewelry and she could have everything for $40 which is still crazy! I looked around and saw prices while I was waiting, I know she's going to sell each of my jeans for over 25$ and the coats easily $30. They've got picture frames and art, baskets, glassware and mugs, plates and platters. Lots of treasures if you take a few minutes to check the shelves. Currently they are bursting with bunnies and all things green. Next up will be loads of colorful platters and such for your summer bbq's and then they'll roll in the pumpkins and all the fall things. The kids section is a fav. They've got it nicely organized with various toys, puzzles, games and lovies. Recently scored a baggie of plastic dinos for $1. My 2yo was pretty pumped especially when I pull the T-Rex out of the bag. Books are located at the back and range from 50 cents up to a couple bucks. There are shelves of kids books, cookbooks, fiction novels, etc. All in pretty good condition too. Left recently with a couple kids books that looked brand new. The clothing section is one that I haven't dove too far into.. yet, as I never seem to have enough time/without a child to be able to go through the racks. But there's a ton of stuff to look through. Women's clothes, men's clothes and kids clothes. Plus a few racks of accessories and shoes. I have peeked at prices as I wondered past and there really are some awesome deals to be had if you have the time. A couple random tips for shoppers: The shop is open weekdays and then one Saturday a month. That Saturday is packed. Every single time I've gone. And sometimes with overly aggressive bargain hunters. If crowds are not your jam then I suggest going on a weekday. The shop is a very decent size but they've also packed a lot into it so the aisles are not wide... and it is not easy to navigate a stroller through. Trust me I've tried. If you need a stroller to be able to do some shopping then I, again, I recommend going on a weekday. Bonus tho - the shop is accessible! Enter on ground level and no steps to worry about.
