I am desperate for money to pay for my son's sports this year so I thought I might try here instead of Plato's Closet. But horrific idea, she offered me $55 for all of that! If I went to Plato's they would have given me more. I will never ever sell my things here again. Feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off. Seemed like she was trying to lowball me a price when Plato's has set prices they can't change! I told her I would take back the jewelry and she could have everything for $40 which is still crazy! I looked around and saw prices while I was waiting, I know she's going to sell each of my jeans for over 25$ and the coats easily $30. It looked NOTHING like what they had advertised. I contacted the shop twice, and due to not receiving an email back, I posted something on their Facebook page. Which they have deleted. Eventually the owner contacted me via Facebook, and apologized, and promised to send me a new ball. I just received it today. However when I opened it, I realized it looked IDENTICAL to the ball I received in December. The example posted on instagram looks nothing like the ball I received. There's no background color, the letters aren't hooked together. To be honest, it looks like I took a sharpie that was running out of ink and did it myself. The paint is chipping again. It's one thing if the paint chips a little, but it's another completely different thing if you advertise a different product. Which they have done, and continue to do, consistently. There's absolutely no way you can look at these photos and tell me this is a quality product. It's an embarrassment to be quite honest. And I wish I had read reviews of this shop before I ordered. They obviously have a reputation. And not a good one.

They are really honest and wonderful people. Jeannie is very organized and everything is always accounted for. When she sells something of mine, I get a phone call right away.. When she can't sell something that I wanted to sell, she lets me know and asks me if I want to pick it up or if I want to donate it. She never does anything without her client consent. They live by the golden rule. She knows my taste and lets me know when something arrives that I might like. I even bought very unique toys for my grandkids and they loved it. Jeannie is the best... I had a coat that was too big on me and he re did the whole coat and was able to make a vest and a hat from the remaining material. They also hold a fashion show in NY city I believe every year. This is about the only place I know and trust for Cold Storage and the fee is affordable. They do a professional job in cleaning and lighting the furs if it is needed. I do trust them and refer them to anyone. They gave a huge parking space and when you go upstairs to the show room you get lost in a world of fur!
