I do like that you never see boxes on the floor waiting to be stocked, if there is a box on the floor, there is an Associate actively working it. All the products are great, some overpriced, but some well priced. They do run good sale prices that match up with Amazon most of the time, so I have scooped up a few items here instead of hitting up Prime. The only negative to this location is the service, or lack thereof. It's not due to short staffing, it is due to the staff not being helpful, available or interested in assisting. Several times I have had to walk back up to the register to get assistance, and the times where I found an Associate on the floor, she seemed agitated that I needed assistance. 75% of the time, I am greeted when I walk in, but beyond that initial greeting, service is abysmal. Overall, good location, clean and well kept store with lackluster service.

We just happened to have our install scheduled for the week that once in a decade snowfall came. Needless to say, this required some flexibility to see what dates would work to re-schedule us. Monica made sure, though, that we are always kept in the loop and that the project would go ahead with minimal disruption. The second complication was due to a computer glitch that caused the wrong backsplash pattern to get assigned to our project. Unfortunately this was only discovered after it had been completely installed. My wife and I felt so bad that all that material and labor was wasted but Brett, the owner, was more concerned that we got what we wanted so he did what was needed to make things right. We are now very pleased with how everything turned out. This didn't play out as we expected but we have a fun story to tell and a great kitchen to tell it to our friends in =D To sum it all up, not that we wished for these wrinkles but they did show us how the company would respond when things were less than ideal and I can say wholeheartedly that they do put the customer first and will make sure you are left very satisfied with the end product. A special shout out as well to Kevin who brought the showroom to us, enthusiastically answered all our questions, and did a great job selling us on his company without being too pushy. Bonus points for the great suggestions on what options would work best with the kitchen.

I specifically explained what I did not like about my previous design, yet over $15,000 later, I essentially ended up with the same thing. My cabinet doors are not even the same size. After installation, I was told they "had to do that to make them fit." This was never mentioned beforehand, and I was never asked if that would be acceptable. I also have a completely different design on one of the doors. Again, this was done without ever informing me or getting my approval. On top of that, some of the shelving does not even lay flat. We were also never told that the pantry shelves would be so deep that without pull-outs you can't see what's in the back. What is the point of hiring someone to design cabinets if they don't guide you on these basic functionality issues? Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The only time David seemed to communicate consistently was when he wanted payment. For the amount of money spent, the result and overall experience were incredibly disappointing Go with someone who actually guide you on your project with their expertise.

This review is related to At Home's new delivery service…read more Should you elect to use this chain store's new delivery service, just clearly understand, in advance before ordering, that should anything you paid for be missing from your order when it's delivered, the chain/local store will not address the problem. They make you, the Consumer, do that, which I think is all kinds of wrong!!!! Luckily, the items missing from my order were the least expensive ones. My biggest issue is the fact that they want to hand off any problems to the Consumer!!! The chain website does not indicate that you personally will have to deal with any missing items from your delivery. It says to contact their customer care team for assistance. Unfortunately, when I did that, they told me to reach out directly to the delivery service. Personally, I don't think this is going to be a workable, long-term solution for them. Certainly, it's not workable for me. I would never use this again.
