I've had all my cars tinted over the past 38 years in South Florida. I have had good and bad results with them. I was recommended to use The Tint Team by a friend and car dealer because I was unhappy with the tint that came on my new 2015 Prius from the Toyota dealer and was not willing to have the dealer do the work: A- because they could not go darker due to their regulations. B- they messed up the job the first time horribly. C- I wanted to get the best tint job, highest quality, and someone who will take good care of my car. So my car dealer and friend from Toyota gave me this number to call to get the best tint job in the area. I could have gotten the job free from Toyota mind you, so quality is my upmost concern, price wasn't a factor. Well first off, the price to remove all the old tint plus use the highest quality tint in my Prius that has 10 pieces of glass, some very tricky to reach, was beyond fair. Comparable to any other price I have ever paid or could have gotten. The staff was very professional and friendly and it was completely obvious they care about their business, clients, and quality. FIRST CLASS OPERATION AND MY CAR LOOKS FREAKING AMAZING. My car was as clean as it came in, maybe even cleaner. They respected my property to the fullest. I want to add, the review about Gina and the botched tint job is NOT the Tint Team, she used to be at the same address years ago, before the Tint Team acquired that location so the reviewer must have made a mistake about the company or something. READ THIS!!! I am hyper critical about customer service and quality of work as I am a business owner myself. Farad and his team blew my MIND with their customer service, quality Of work, professionalism, product knowledge, and lastly follow up. Everyone in south Florida knows by now how crappy service providers and vendors can be- I went to Yelp to try and sort through the numerous tint places and I will tell you that everything positive you read about Farad and his knowledge is the TRUTH. These guys were incredible- so much so that after very tedious application on my Maserati, they noticed a small fleck in the glass by the trident and he pulled it off and did it all over again. We are expecting our first baby in 2 weeks, so getting my windows tinted is not only a matter of comfort, but safety as well. The team here went above and beyond to ensure that their job would exceed my expectations. 1. The various grades of window tint was shown to me and thoroughly explained. 2. Price difference between the types of tint were explained. 3. Florida law regarding window tinting was explained, as well as how other states have different laws. 4. The team showed care and concern for my baby on the way 5. They even vacuumed out my car to try to get all the dog hair out before they started! (sorry guys!) 6. I was offered water when I got there, as well as when I left. 7. How to care for my new tint job was explained. The car was done ahead of schedule, and it looks amazing. The Tint Team is Awesome!!! I had been shopping around for windows tints for my new Altima and was leaning towards the Tint World when I came across the great reviews for the Tint Team. I called and got a good price quote and decided to give them a try...great decision. I took my car and decided to wait for it. Fahad's tint team performed a fantastic job on my SUV! They completed the entire process in under two hours, faster than previously promised. They gave me very specific directions on the job and afterwords responsibilities, such as leaving the windows up for 3 to 5 days. I left them up for the full 5 days just in case. After the 5 days, I looked around the car, and every window was in perfect condition, well tinted and safe for my belongings inside. I could not have asked for a better job from the Tint Team. My rear windshield's tint was bubbling causing dangerously decreased visibility especially in the rain since I have the defroster coils within the windshield. Fahad got me in ASAP due to the issue of safety. Tint came off and new tint applied, coils intact. He is friendly & informative & extremely professional, as are his crew. I would not recommend you go anywhere else I also learned that they tint windows in buildings which means I can finally have morning light streaming inside without anyone seeing me from the outside. Fahad and team took great care of me for my new car. Usually I go cheapest possible tints because I'm frugal, but when I bought a new car this time I decided to put money into it and do things right the first time. I did some googling and found the Tint team with great reviews, and conveniently like 3 miles away from my house. Gave them a shop and the hype was warranted! Great company and employees. I had 2 large windows, 2 smaller windows and French Door tinted. The tinting made a world of difference since the French door and smaller windows face east the morning glare used to be unbearable. Now we can sleep in with no problems. I was very pleased with the job they did on my condo windows. They removed 30 year old peeling tint in my living room and dining room that had been applied when my parents first purchased this condo. They cleaned all the windows and applied new tint making the windows look brand new.
