The Thursday before Christmas 2023 I was out at three peaks in my grand Cherokee and accidentally caused radiator to leak. I called Goodyear and Kaden the manager told me to bring it in. He had prepared me the parts would not come in until the day after Christmas and Jeep would be finished at that time. I stopped by on Friday to get some things out of the jeep and was surprised it was on the lift. A miracle that the parts arrived overnight. He didn't promise they could get it done but at 4 o'clock I got the word it was finished. Kaden made this experience good because I did not have a mechanic here in town. Now I do!! Had these guys put my winter tires on my car over two seasons and they managed to crimp one of the tires beads and they claimed it was impossible the first time. Second time I went to discount tire and found out two of the four tires were on the rim backwards. 12/10 would not recommend. Super nice appearance but terrible quality. However they are happy to try and set a broken bead on a rim! ;) read more

Brendon and his staff have gone above and beyond every time I've brought my vehicle into them. Last year, I purchased a new set of tires from them and they fixed my suspension. They were incredibly efficient and kind. A couple of months ago, I had another auto center try to scam me out of fifteen hundred dollars in fake work, but I brought it into this shop for second opinion. Not only did they thoroughly check my brake system and assure me that nothing was wrong, they also put air in my tires without me even asking. This team is the best! read more

This place is a complete JOKE!!! Not only have they ripped us off and ruined our vehicle for the 2nd time, but they refused to help get it fixed! Whats worse is the management was sitting on their phones texting and watching television instead of helping myself and other customers! I will never return here again! read more

I'm sure this service center works on tires, brakes, and fluids with ease. However, I do not recommend using this service center for automotive maintenance. We left our car with them for over a week long period during which we were repeatedly informed the mechanics would be finished servicing our vehicle "by the end of the day." This dragged on for 5 days following the original estimate. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, the repairs were pretty serious. But they have continually led me to believe everything would be resolved within a 24 hour period. These miscommunications eventually forced us to purchase a hotel in town and hang around Cedar City while we missed numerous days of school and work. During this week-long incident the Goodyear Tire & Auto Center refused to help us financially with a rental car or hotel room. Toward the end of this fiasco the service center cashier/assistant refused to even quote us a time-frame for repairs. I get the feeling they were too busy maintaining and satisfying their regular customer basis (with oil changes and tire rotations) while we wasted away in their lovely town of Cedar City. If your passing through and need any maintenance or repairs aside from a tires/fluids i suggest going to one of the many other mechanics this town has to offer. read more

We were on our way from Cedar City to Logan, Utah. It is a long trip. One of our back tires was getting really bald, and we were worried it would blow while we were driving. We stopped by Goodyear 3 minutes before they were closing to see if they would switch our spare tire and the bald tire. They happily said they could and went right to work on switching the two tires even though they were about to close. They didn't charge us anything. They had great service and were very efficient even though it was time for them to close. read more
