My keyless entry & lift gate weren't working The manager, Heath said the diagnosis was a bad body control modulator, but Chevrolet would have to do it. I called Bradshaw, they ordered and replaced it, at a cost of $525, but I still had the same issues. Turns out, it needed a new latch for the liftgate, and a transmitter for the fob. Absolutely nothing to do with the body control modulator. I went back to the tire company. They said they never even ran a diagnostic, and miscommunicated to me that I needed a new body control modulator. I have always used them, and spent a lot of money there. That being said, I'm out $525 and they refuse to make it right. I hope the owner sees this review. read more

When we were dropping off our 18 year old daughter to SUU last week, we stopped by The Tire Company upon the recommendation of a Wells Fargo representative. The passenger side window of her car was stuck so we took it in to The Tire Company to see if they could help. They gave my husband an estimate of $40 to fully close the window (vs. replacing the entire unit). They were busy so they said to bring it back the following week. Today, our daughter went in to get the window worked on. When she went back to get the car, they presented her with a bill of $100 (without calling to approve the higher estimate) - but more importantly, the window wasn't fully closed (still a crack that would let rain in), and they said that they cut a cable and put a wooden block in it to keep the window up. They did not call our daughter to approve cutting a cable (potentially damaging the mechanism) - and as I said, the window was not fully up - and the door was slanted and would not close properly. Our daughter (she's only 18) paid the bill and left. They also gave her an estimate to fully fix the window (should she wish to do that) that was $1000 (vs. an estimate of $600 that we had received in CA before we dropped her off). When my husband called the manager Landon to ask them to fix the window so that there was no crack - they refused. They also were vague about what cable they had cut - and then he said that they "didn't give a shit". Beware: questionable ethics and customer service. read more

Spent over 2k on tires and a lift on a new truck. Had to return 3 times to get the steering wheel straight and now the balance is so bad the truck is unsafe at freeway speed. Now they want me to wait 2 hours for a rebalance. Make up.your own mind. read more

I have never been so grateful for such a loyal company! My water pump broke on my car, I was driving from SLC to Vegas. I landed in Cedar City and these people treated me like a local! Corby went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, called before they worked on the car and fixed my car is a timely manner. Corby came in on his day off (Sunday) gave me the keys to drive my car back to SLC. They were so respectful and supportive during this time of distress. I appreciate this company so much and HIGHLY recommend taking your car, you can DEFINITELY trust them! They provide 10/10 service and truly care about their customers! Amazed right now. Every time I take my car to Goodyear Tire and Auto (for a simple oil change) they say it will take maybe an hour. Usually takes 3 and they still never call me to pick it up. I was fed up and tried these guys. Dropped my car off, walked to campus, Sat down in class and they called me to say it was done. Took maybe a half hour. And was 5 dollars under what they quoted me price wise. Very happy customer. read more

From the bottom of my heart, I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. I was driving I-15S and hit a big chunk of lumber, which immediately deflated my tire. They had a truck to me in 15 minutes and changed it to the spare. I didn't want to go to Los Angeles without a spare, but they didn't have the right size tire. They checked the pressure in all the tires and assured me I'd be okay to Las Vegas, where I'd already planned on spending a couple days and where there would most likely be someone with this tire. And then they didn't even charge me for the service call, which was above and beyond (I would've paid just about anything not to have to change the tire on the freeway!). read more

ZERO stars!!! I'd go negative, if I could. I have NEVER before taken the time to write a review on a company (of any type of business) before until now. This place cost me over $1,300 to fix my air conditioning! AIR CONDITIONING!! And took a month to do it. The last $500 (and 10 days of my kids being stranded there because they couldn't drive home until the a/c was fixed) they charged ME to fix what THEY broke the first time they worked on the car. Initially they charged me over $700 to "fix" my a/c. The "fix" didn't even last 10 minutes and my sons had to turn right around and stay another 10 days in Cedar City so that they could order the part and then charge ME to fix what THEY broke the first time they so-called "fixed" it. To the tune of an additional $500!!! Had I taken my car across the road to Rolling Rubber, it would have taken half a day & I'd be out a few hundred dollars. I chose wrong & I literally paid the price!! Go anywhere else in Cedar City. Take it to the kid down the street in shop class, if you have to. You'll still come out way ahead. read more

I went through some 60,000 mile tires in about 30,000 miles and they stood behind the warranty and gave me half my money back on my next set of tires. I have bought three sets of tires, had brakes replaced, bearings replaced and bought a set of wheels from them. I have always felt that I got a fair deal. They have always patched and rotated free of charge and never questioned how often I do it. They always greet me by name and make sure the work is done in a timely manner. Bought a new set of tires from them and they assured me that if I brought them in every 5000 miles to have them rotated,the warranty would be honored...BUT...after 30,000 miles on an60,000 mile warranty they told me I needed new tires!So,after faithfully coming in every 5000 miles to get them rotated,I figured I was covered...NO WAY!First they started claiming an alignment check was necessary,something they never mentioned previously and that cost me an additional $90.00,then,even tho they twice tried to sell me a new set because"your tires are shot",they said I had too much tread for the warranty to apply!!!I reluctantly bought 4 new tires for $1200.00 and they neglected to replace my spare in the car which wouldn't be a problem except I live 200 miles away...that was 2 WEEKS AGO and I still don't have my spare and they couldn't care less!Dont shop here! read more

These guys were very unprofessional. Not very personable at all and quite frankly I have a hard time believing they were 100% honest with what was wrong with my vehicle.
