TL;DR: 30 minute turnaround promised and kept. Quoted $72 for a seasonal tire swap! Car was in and out with a seasonal tire swap in a breeze! They keep their promise of 30 minute turn around times! I pulled up around 4:15 and was done and paid for before 4:45. Very quick seasonal tire swap. Changing out the existing all seasons to winter/snow tire on the existing wheels. I had used Yelp's Request a Quote feature to figure out the best tire shop around for the rate. I ended up choosing this place for their other great reviews that they have! I was quoted $72 since my wheels are 18" (it's more if it's above 19" I was told). Scheduled an appointment through their website and headed on in when I was scheduled! Upon arrival I was immediately attended to. Car was getting raised within minutes. I stood outside and watched as my car was being dismantled. After they finished, I went inside to pay and was asked for $80. Not a problem, still very reasonable, but different than what I was quoted. Which was strange, though still not a problem. I went here recently for new tires, and was given an option to purchase Nokian tires. I asked about the brand, as I'd never heard of them before, and the manager explained they're a good tire company that is a subsidiary of Cooper tires, which are made in America. Based on this information, I agreed to go with these and had them installed. While the install went very quickly, I went home and googled Nokian and it turns out they're a Finnish brand (i.e. made in Finland). It also turns out they're a good tire brand, BUT they're not American made. So all in all, I'll give these guys 3 stars for putting on a good tire, but in these times I want to support my own country, so was pretty disappointed finding out where they're from. Maybe this one is on me for not being a tire expert, but this is why I went to the store. Would recommend this company but do your homework, as it seems these guys will tell you anything to make a sale. read more

These guys saved the day. I had stopped by yesterday after noticing a nail in my tire. They advised me to check my warranty with the dealership that I had bought the car from as they didn't want me to spend money if I didn't have to. They still gave me an estimate just in case. Checked with the dealership, no dice. I called The Tire Shop and spoke with both Chris and Greg. I planned to be there by 4pm today but got stuck at work and didn't end up leaving work until 4:30, all the way across town! These guys are great. I received a pretty ridiculous quote for new tires based on tire sizes I didn't even have from another shop. I had gone to my previous shop a few times but they didn't pay much attention to detail or give me any options beyond their most expensive tire. I called the tire shop and spoke with Ryan. He took the time to talk with me and provide his recommendations based on what I needed. They were fast and quick to get me in. When I picked up my car I had so many questions to try and clarify what the previous shop had told me. Very Fast service here (quick look "sorry sir no thread no patch") and yes my tire was baldy but I need patch for emergency reason, my employers shop is closed. Going flat in company truck before I get in is a no no. Del Norte across the street didn't even look at tire and says yes we will do the patch. Guess what? Incompetent: Mounted tires wrong, then swapped wheels with different offsets and said it was issue with car. Brought in a classic muscle car for 4 new tires. Was pleased with quick installation, drove car home. Noticed car was driving horribly. Discovered they had put the 245 wide tires on the left, and the 215 wide tires on the right. Took it back, complained, they switched the tires. Noticed car still drove wrong and the rear right was 1 inch further recessed than rear left. Took it back again, asked them to check and specifically ensure they had the correctly mounted the wheels paying attention to different offsets (rears having a diff wheel offset than fronts). They tested (apparently only 2), swore offsets were correct, told me it was a suspension problem. Took car to local mechanic, who actually pulled all 4 wheels, noticed they had swapped the wheels around and had in fact put the tires on the wheels in the wrong pattern with the wheel offsets, remounted the tires and problem solved. Just took a bunch of screwing around, and me having to pay someone else to remove/remount the tires. Nice folks, but not impressed. read more

One of my bolts seized on my shock as I was trying to replace it. I asked the guy at the tire store if he could loosen it up. They said yes and took the impact drill and Marcus loosened it up. Marcus said how about I just replace it to save you time. Took 20 minutes to loosen and replaced the shock for me. I would have happily just went home and did it myself but it shows that Marcus went above and beyond. Thank you tire store and Marcus! I'll be back for some fresh tires for winter. I was able to stand there and watch the whole process with a smile on my face knowing I was going to be on my way with a quickness. Went in to get a tire fixed. Turned out there was a huge nail in it. Chris helped me out. Showed me the issue, and tried to get a tire in. It is for a Tesla so he had a hard time finding one. And I wouldn't get it in for a couple of weeks. He felt bad for me waiting around so he patched the tire for free and sent me on my way. Such a nice guy. Such a great place. Things I didn't know about tires until I came to The Tire Store: - No, you don't need two tires when you have front wheel drive so they "wear down evenly" - You can buy used tires. Who knew? - If you're waiting more than a half hour for a repair, you're waiting too long. I got a flat on Thursday night. We stuck the spare on and I decided to not deal with it until Saturday on the way up to my BFF's "just got married" party in Estes. You can say procrastination gives me a bit of a thrill. The boyfriend found this place online, called them, and they said they'd have us in and out in eight minutes. Eight minutes? We pulled up and were hardly out of the car before the tire guy started propping the car up and unscrewing the flat. I was standing there with a bewildered look on my face, holding my car key, wondering if I should give it to someone so they can move it, or if I should move it, and plotting a good sit in the waiting area. Tire guy was inside within minutes: "Tire's bad. I have a used one for $35. $38 total." "Ummm....sure. Don't I need two though?" "No, you don't have all wheel drive. You just need one." In about three minutes the new (to me) tire was on, I'd paid, and we were on our way. I was skeptical when I saw that a tire shop has 46 reviews and 5 stars. Who likes a tire shop THAT much?! Really?! I was quickly proven wrong. When I called, I was treated respectfully and told that the tires I needed could be to the shop in under 30 minutes. I braced myself for $500 in tires (given my AWD vehicle). When I went in, they took a quick look at my tire and asked me how I felt about $10 for a patch and about 15 minutes of work. Umm...yes, please! Super impressed by the integrity and service .
