Finally. I've been waiting for you, Tire Store. This place is the Promised Land. If you have read my other reviews, you know I've been on the search for some new all season tires good for a front-wheel drive. I stopped by and Greg, the owner himself, gave me quotes for two tire brands. No pressure, nothing weird- he recommended some Uniroyal's and I asked for a Cooper quote (yes, it's those Cooper's again). He gave them to me, told me that the Cooper's he'd have to pull from the warehouse so he would need some advance notice, and I went on my way. About a week later, I called and scheduled an appointment for the Cooper tire. No fuss, no arguing, made the appointment. Went in today, and had not one but two guys work on my tires, done in about 15 minutes. Yes, 15 MINUTES. And of course, you can watch everything going on, so no mystery as to what is happening. Greg handed over the tv remote to me as well as I waited. Greg is also a smart cookie- he asked me if I had done some research (which I had), in assuming why I chose the Coopers over the Uniroyals. Greg knows his tires. He knows them well. He also is just a really great customer service guy who gets it. He figured out I did research and let me have what I wanted and it was all very stress free. This place was also, on average, about $100 cheaper than any other place I found in Denver. However, this place was so great about customer service I don't think I would have batted an eye if they were the same price or even more. My brother is a mechanic. My dad has made me help him change tires more than once, much to my brother's eye-rolling. I thank my dad for that, because I've helped my brother change and put on more than one set of new tires and have a general idea of what should be happening. My brother also teases me about my obsession with a good tire also asking if I am now an expert on tires. I'm not even close, but I know I can go to this place and not have any funny business. Yelpers are right on with this one- and THANK YOU ALL FOR SAVING ME THE HASSLE AND EXPENSE OF TRYING SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not only was I welcomed into the small but pristine waiting room, my dog was as well. (she is an excellent judge of environment and has spent a lot of time in waiting rooms and she LOVED the owner and staff and indulged them in her spotty belly as well as some of her best tricks- they fawned adoringly, yeah, we both appreciated that!) Fast, honest, straightforward, and respectful service! Even made referrals for other work my car needs and that person was kind as could be on the phone too! REALLY grateful for a family-owned local business that's better than you'd even hope! read more

I was there last week to switch my old tires to my news ones. I was greeted by a couple of guys and they were very helpful with my questions (I have to pull a 2,000lbs trailer so if it will change the way it will tow, etc). The tires that I had brought in were a tad smaller than the old ones and they advised me not to switch the new ones in because the truck will sit way lower. I think any other place would have just changed the tire out without even giving an honest opinion and would have just taken my money. It's nice to know that there are still great service out there and that they were honest! I'll be back if I ever need anything regarding tires thanks to Bobby, Chris and Sam! Called in the morning asking for a certain tire size. They told me they could have some by noon from their wearhouse and quoted me a fair price. I visited them at 1pm and they had the 2 tires installed in about 15 minutes. I'll be back for my next tires. read more

my tire was running low so i put air in it... the next day, it was completely flat. Got enough air in it to make to the Tire Store. After speaking with Greg about a replacement tire, him and his crew determined that my tire was fine and saved me money... They didn't even charge me to look at the tire or anything. Beats Costco coupon price! Needed new tires on my Honda CRV and was momentarily tempted by this months Costco coupon. Luckily I checked with The Tire Store....their normal price beat the Costco price by 40 dollars! We've bought tires here before and they have been our go to shop for repairs. These guies are the best. I had taken my 2005 Prius to Stevenson West for an oil change, tire rotation and asked them to check out noise I heard while the car was in motion. $600 later and a wheel bearing replaced, my car still had the noise. I went to The Tire Store to price tires and mentioned the noise that car made while in motion. The guy said he knew two things that could make the noise and one of them is a bad tire. He looked at my tires and sure enough one of them was wrapped . It was obvious after he pointed it out. They replaced all four tires in less than 30 minutes and for less than I have paid in a long time. I highly recommend them and am glad I found a place to purchase tires. They know their stuff! AMAZING PLACE!! Unfortunately, half way through my trip from Los Angeles to Minneapolis, I somewhere along the line, got a few nails in my sidewall. I didn't know where the hole was at the time so I came here thinking they'd patch my flat for me for the $15 the guy on the phone said it would be. The guy that was doing the work came back to me and showed where the damage was and said it was un patchable. BUMMER! Then I had remembered that I had a full size tire in my trunk compartment rather than a spare size. The employee said it would be $25 to put that on for me so of course I agreed, because you know, I have no idea how to do it. After helping me pull out all of my boxes (I was moving) to get to the tire compartment, and then putting the tire on and helping us reload the boxes, HE DIDNT CHARGE ME. Granted, yes, it was only $25, he still went above and beyond to help us in our tough situation. read more

This place is great. I got 4 new tires from them a few months back, as a first time car owner. I hadn't been through the process before, and they spent a good amount of time with me explaining the differences between tires and what would be best given my car and the miles already on it. Ultimately, they ended up actually talking me out of more expensive tires, in favor of something more practical. Pretty cool. Then later on when one of the tires was punctured, my local garage told me I'd need the whole tire replaced. So naturally I called the tire store to order a new one. When I got there (after they had purchased the new tire and had it delivered the same day I called) they took a look at the old tire and told me they could just patch it. $10 and maybe 5 minutes later I'm out the door and on my way. They had the new tire right there, and still offered me the cheaper deal because it was better for me. These guys have a ton of integrity, and are great at what they do. If you need something done quickly and with quality, I HIGHLY recommend you come here first! read more

Called ahead of time to see of they had my tire just in case the tire was not fixable. They did and informed them I would be on my way. I arrived they were very busy so I had to wait about 30 min or so. Once I was up, the guy that took care if my tire was very friendly. I explained to him what happened. What a gem! Based off of previous comments, I was extremely hopeful for a positive experience. BAM!! Called Greg(Owner) to let him know I was coming down out of the mountains to get a set of tires for my SUV. He assured me they would be ready when I was to arrive, some 45 minutes later. I had found a "Hercules" brand tire that sounded good. I inquired about them. Greg put my mind at ease when he told me 'Hercules' was/is an off-shoot company of Cooper tires. R..e..l...i...e...f!! I rolled in, as scheduled, and was promptly greeted by one of the tire install technicians. He escorted me in to the office and introduced me to Greg. I requested seeing these 'Hercules' tires before they proceeded. It sure was refreshing to have him NOT try to shove a sales pitch down my throat! They do tires, NOTHING ELSE. They don't have a big monstrosity of a shop and building to maintain, but it is enough to get the job done. :) Greg reminded me that it would be about 30 minutes and that I was welcome to wait in the lobby. 30 MINUTES. WHO DOES THAT??? In reality, it turned out to be less than 30!!!! Greg sold me the warranty, only after I had asked about it. Allow me to repeat myself...NOT ONCE did he try to up-sell me to a more expensive tire or for any other service. HE DID mention the tire that was one step up from the one I initially saw online. When he told me the price, I respectfully declined and informed him "they were out of my budget limit". He made me feel confident with the tires I was buying and he reminded me about the higher standards tire manufacturers must adhere to these days and D.O.T. limits they must fall within and that I should take comfort in knowing my choice was adequate! The more expensive set were not mentioned again. Period. End of Sentence. This place "get's it"! If you want to go to a national tire shop, big box store or warehouse shop and get some pricey treads for your vehicle, go ahead. This place doesn't sell groceries, electronics or clothing. If you just want good old fashioned service, with quality products and no-frills, this is your place. I'll report back on the quality of the tires. :) read more

Great experience. Was convinced after a rough off-roading weekend that I was in need of two new back tires on my jeep. I popped in after finding these guys randomly online. Had a great rating. Richie jumped into action. After explaining what I wanted I was prepared to move forward with ordering a new pair and even had my wallet out. I was shocked when he explained that i had plenty of life left on my existing rear tires and didn't need to buy a new set yet. My husband had called The Tire Store one day last weekend to get a quote on new tires for my Toyota Corolla. The guy we spoke with gave us an honest quote that included the price for a good quality tire, tax and installation. This was refreshing in comparison to all of the other tire places we had called, which gave us a quote per tire that was on the lower side for a cheap, low quality tire, and then added on hundreds of dollars in fees after the fact! We thought that the Tire Store was the safest bet in the end, so we went down there later that day to get my tires installed. However, they realized that they didn't have the tires we needed on hand, after all. The guy we spoke with was extremely apologetic (he had read the tire number incorrectly) and asked if we would come back on Monday. He also knocked some $$$ off the original price for our inconvenience. As expected, I received a call from them on Monday morning confirming that they had my tires there, and to come in whenever I could. I came in a few hours later, and was truly impressed with their high level of service. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes - I'm not exaggerating. They knew exactly who I was when I arrived, and got started on my car before I had even gone inside their office to check in! I paid exactly what I expected to pay, which was a fair price to begin with, and was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience there. If you're worried about dealing with another shady auto place, then come here! They're completely up front and honest, and most importantly, delivered on their word! I had to go to the tire store a few times last month since I had a hole in one of my tires. They fixed it at no charge after noticing that my air pressure gage was broken. Although it took a few trips to get it fixed, it was all worth it. Will definetly be coming back if I need a tire check! read more

Can't say enough about this tire store. I have been going for a few years to get tires patched. I have run flats and most stores won't even touch them and always try and get me to buy a whole new tire (or set). Not the Tire Store. They always patched them and if the patch would be difficult, they told me so. I was always informed. I just purchased snow tires from tire rack and had the Tire Store swap them for my all seasons . The took off the all season, mounted and balanced my snow tires AND wrapped up my all season for storage. $20 a tire. AND they did this in 20 minutes. This is my go to for all tire repair. Long story short, another shop messed up my tires (disabling my warranty) and Greg went above and beyond to give me two new tires at his cost without any labor fees, etc. He did this simply because he felt bad I had to replace tires I just recently purchased. I have typically done all of my tire purchases through Tire Rack or Discount Tire; came upon Tire Store due to an emergency where my tire was coming apart on the inside of the rim near the brake caliper (something I couldn't see from typically checking my tires). I was going to be heading out of town and needed my car, and I fully expected to get gouged on price and service. These guys got me back on the road very quickly, and the price I paid for the tires was exactly the same as the other tire outlets I mentioned. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they remounted the tires using an air wrench; I would have preferred they use a torque wrench because if I need to change a flat, it is very difficult to remove lug nuts when they aren't properly tightened. read more

I needed an alignment, but I was looking for something more affordable than the $90 alignments at Big O or Discount Tire, so I found this spot over in Regis Heights (WHAT?!?). $50 for an alignment. Boo-yah. Just a small little shop, no lobby with magazines... an office with a couple of spare chairs, and real people eating their McDonald's fo' breakfast, just like Precious Jones likes. Awesome service. Bobby sold me 4 Michelin Defenders, the mgr shot out the door to drive and pick them up from somewhere, and I was out the door in an hour. The awesome part came (after I had already paid) when I mentioned my power steering was whining. Bobby went back into the garage, came out with a bottle of Honda power steering fluid, filled me up, and gave me the remaining bottle for future use. Now that Is going above and beyond. i was really nervous about buying tires. every time that i've gone to discount tire i feel like i get treated like an idiot and they constantly try to up-sell me. i saw the good reviews on here and decided to try them out. first of all, very friendly and prompt customer service. i didn't feel pressured to buy at any particular price point. in fact, i got a set of tires that are GREAT quality at a great price. they also did not try to push a ton of warranties on me - they mentioned it, i said no, and they left it at that. all in all, i got in, got advice, they got the tires from their warehouse, and had them installed and balance within 45 minutes. it was completely painless. i will absolutely come back here in the future and will refer all of my friends here as well. read more
