Took my 4Runner in 30 minutes before they were closing (it's about to be a holiday weekend) they were quick to assist and very efficient. I brought my vehicle in for the first time today. I made an appointment. I came early, and they took me right away, even though they were busy. Ronaldo (spelling?) took amazing care of me. I had a leaky front left tire. I was recommended by several people to come here, as they repair flats for free most the time. While fixing my tire they found a nail but the tech accidnetly made it worse and ruined the tire somehow. No biggie, these guys gave me a free tire and I left with a zero dollar balance. The customer service overall was amazing, including the front desk Ronaldo and the actual tech. I will return or all my tire needs and to get new ones. Amazing prices, too. I came to get one of my tires filled. They leveled all 4 to the same pressure at 39. The problem with that is they're supposed to be at 45. I went to tell the technician and was met with an eye roll & "it'll be fine". How are you supposed to trust a company with technicians that don't care? I left because I didn't have time to go back & forth but getting the issue corrected at a different location in the first place could've saved a lot of time & frustration. read more

Hoenslty great service. I came her because I needed to get 4 new tires and they had the best price on tires by far. I ordered and paid for my tires online simply because I wanted to make sure that they had the tires that I wanted. When I got there, they had mentioned that they had some theft of tires and that one of my tires was no where to be found. They were nice enough to upgrade me to a better set of tires at no cost to me which was extremly nice. They even sent another vehicle to wait behind me. The vehicle behind me eventually left and then I did too. I get it's a free service, but if they don't want to actually provide the service.... I called in to order 4 new all weather tires as I'm new to Denver and purchased my car in Arizona. I was greeted by Louis and he took a look at my current tires and informed me that it wouldn't be necessary to get four new tires as I already had all weather tires on. Since I purchased the car with the tires, I just didn't realize I already had them. Louis was super honest and I appreciated that! Paid 150 for them to put my summer tires on and a set of lugnuts, for them to break my stud and tell me it wasn't their fault. Told me the extra lugs would be in the car and it wasn't and had to turn around and wait in line again for them to say oh I didn't think you would want them. Although there was a line and phones ringing off the hook when I arrived - they took the time to greet and acknowledge me, ensuring they'd be with me soon. WOW! We have purchased tires at various Discount Tires locations for over 20 years, but this was by far the BEST Customer Service I have ever witnessed or experienced. Efren & Jake were running the front like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended)! I came in at 4:40pm (closing was advertised at 6 pm) with a bubble in my tire and knowing I probably needed all new tires at this point. There were 8 people in the waiting area, all bays were full, and I was expecting to be told to come back tomorrow... but no. Efren wanted me and my family to be safe. He educated me on what tires I needed and said they would be done by 630pm. As I waited for my service, I witnessed these 2 amazing customer service gentlemen at work. They answered phones eagerly, welcomed each and every customer with a smile, AND kept every waiting customer up to date on their vehicles movement through their shop. Exemplary Service, from the front desk staff to all of the guys working the bays in the service area. No complaints or respectful communication between everyone. It could not have been better! I would highly recommend Discount Tires, especially the 4580 Wadsworth, Wheatridge location! Loved them so much that we are taking pizza by for the whole crew for lunch! read more

I got my tires from Discount Tire back in Texas when I kept getting nails in them, and I'm glad I did! If you get them insured it's free to have them rotated and to check for leaks. This comes in handy anywhere you live since in the summer theres always construction with nails on the road and in the winter you need to check your tires more often. I usually make an appointment, because most locations can get pretty busy overall. I came here the other week because I had my car in the shop and the one tire looked low. The shop "claimed" they put air in my tires. Well they didn't. Discount tire told me they only had air in the one I asked them to fill. They also checked for any leaks, and fixed the pressure on the tires. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my appointment even though they were busy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, as I find most discount tire employees to be. I've never had an issue at any location. I'll continue to keep buying them and getting service with them. read more

Came in for a slow leak in one of my tires. I thought I had scheduled an appointment before I showed up, but I had accidentally scheduled it for the following day but they still worked me in no problem. I was told about an hour, but only waited about 40 minutes. The tech came out and told me what they did, gave me the invoice that said $0, and I walked back to my car confused that they hadn't charged me. One of their customer service reps even came out to check on me since he saw my confusion and he confirmed that the $0 charge was no mistake! Every time single time I've come to whether it be 90 degrees outside or - 10 these guys have been so kind & friendly, working hard & efficiently. Own time I showed up last minute after a first big snow storm to get winter tires. The waiting room packed and they still got my car done within a very reasonable amount of time. went to get a nail out of my tires and my tires were very worn so I bought a new set a tires. they put them on and sent me on my way. Now, I'm getting my brakes done and the mechanic says "I can't get off your tires" I'm super confused; "I don't have a wheel lock..." he comes over and shows me. I now have spline lug nuts with ridges running down them rather than the traditional hexagonal lug nuts. No one told me. No one gave me the socket key. Thank god I'm not on the side of the road with a flat. We tried the tire bar in the trunk and that's now useless. So now my car has been on the lift for two hours for a brake job and the tires haven't even been taken off. I'm an Uber/Lyft driver so this is eating into my pay. Being nice can't fix stupid: They gave up on my car when they couldn't get the lugs of. They gave up without using a breaker bar, or lowering the van back down for more resistance. They gave up after breaking 3 sockets by STANDING on their wrench. The manager told me to go to another place that would try harder. Meaning, "we don't try as hard..." Great marketing for yourself Mr. Manager. I went home and loosened them up MYSELF. Thicker socket attached to a pipe. Tada!!! Not difficult when you use your brain. Highlights: The manager telling me "we don't try..." Take pride in your work man!!! Standing on a wrench Two of the lugs they loosened still being loose when I did things myself. They were snug but not torqued. Jacking up all four tires on a slope. Wrenching on the tires mid air on slope. One guy inside the van holding the brakes and steering wheel, because once again, they forgot to loosen them on the ground. Me doing what four dudes couldn't figure out. Them rolling a dirty wheel over the drivers seat and out the driver door, instead of simply using the side door. Seriously wtf how high where these guys. Digging my door on their jack ever time they opened it. Having to go to a different shop that "try's harder" in the end. (Arvada location if you're wondering 7min away) after I loosened the lugs myself. To their credit, they where nice about their short comings. My lugs WHERE overtightened. Their equipment was $*** They refunded me. Seriously, who just admits to not trying as hard as they could and sends you away? read more
