I went in for new tires + an alignment on an old ford that isn't the easiest to do an alignment on. They were very helpful in tire choice and did a good job. What gives them 5 stars is when I drove home and on the highway the next day I had some terrible left pull and dangerous tracking when changing lanes even though my alignment was "within spec" I called and Ryley told me to come in and that he would do his best to try and improve the alignment. He spent several hours troubleshooting and playing with the alignment and I now have a wonderfully aligned vehicle that also drives and tracks well. Very appreciative for the Les Schwab team, they listened to my complaints and did not write me off, they will have my business in the future for it. read more

I had a slow leak that no one would take the time to find, I was told the tires lost air when the weather changed. But it was always the same tire. I called this store, Alice told me if I could come right in they could take me. I went and Jacob went the extra mile to find a very small thin piece of metal that was causing the slow leak. I was on my way quickly and so relieved not to have to worry about that tire. The service at this store has been consistently superior. read more

I had a remarkable experience here, yesterday when it was 100°. My tire light suddenly came on and my app told me to put air in the tire immediately. I know how to do that but my arthritis prevents me from crouching down to the air hose. I pulled into Les Schwab at federal and 20th Without an appointment. It was quite busy but Yamilet stopped what she was doing on another vehicle and came to check the air pressure in all of my tires. I was told that I had a screw in my tire and that they could fix it. I waited in the air conditioned waiting area, where there were snacks and plenty of room for me to walk around and get my daily 10,000 steps in. Best of all, there was no charge for the service! Everyone was so friendly and kind, which is going five extra miles on such a hot day. I observed everyone waiting being treated with kindness, which means so much these days. Next time I need tires, I am going here! So impressed. read more

Great friendly service. Took my car because of a low front tire that kept triggering the electric system and they allowed me to leave the car with you having me waiting there for my turn. They called me after saying the car was ready and they had replaced the little cap of the tire at no cost and fixed the issue. If I need new tires I'll come back here for sure! read more

I've read the 1-Star reviews and had as far from that type of experience as you could have. I noticed a screw in my tire and did a quick Google search for places that would repair a tire verses the normal...too close to the sidewall (mine was in the middle of the tread) you need a brand new tire BS you get from most places. I called and spoke to Brian, he was honest about what their work schedule looked like but took my info and said to bring the car over and they would do their best to work me into what sounded like a busy afternoon for their techs. I got there and found a ton of parking and a very nice waiting area. I was signed in by Isaac who was very nice and he told me they would text me when the car was ready and I was pleasantly surprised when I received that text in 35-45 minutes. I finished eating my lunch and walked back to settle up the bill and Brian said "its free, we never charge for tire repairs, all we ask is that you consider us for your next oil change or tire purchase". Wow, I was not expecting that and was extremely grateful. Both Brian and Isaac were very welcoming, polite and professional, the facility looks like it is on the newer side as everything is very clean and orderly. 10/10 strong recommend. read more

He did say I came at a good time (late afternoon). The check in was very easy and almost immediately the mechanic took my car in the garage. I very highly recommend going to a different tire company. This place will do everything they can to rip you off and overcharge you for everything. Took my daughter's car here to have the Brakes looked at after some shoddy work done by a small mechanic shop. Brian was beyond stellar. He did some light adjustments for free, making me feel good about the brakes and now the noise has gone away. He gave me a quote for further work if I felt it necessary but did not make me feel like it was necessary. And he fixed the issue! Some good and some bad here.... They will repair a flat for free which is an amazing service to have. With all the construction going on in Denver, i have had them repair a few tires with nails in the treads. They also offer free alignment and balancing checks, which is where my experience goes downhill. I had such a check done because my car was pulling a bit too the right, and i was told i needed my front control arms replaced along with an alignment. $700 later my car felt worse than before. They offered to balance the wheels for free which made little difference. I wound up taking the car to another shop that redid the alignment and balance and more the car drives much better. I would not go here for more than fixing flats and buying tires. read more

Les Schwab made it easy for me to get what I needed. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on a weekend. They were pretty busy but check in was quick. The front desk attendant told me they are pretty busy on weekends which checks out because I scheduled my appointment online a week in advance and they only had two slots available a week out. My car was ready in about 2.5 hours which was longer than what I was initially told but Les Schwab covered my tire rotation so no complaints from me. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful and I appreciated being helped by a woman in a mostly male dominated environment. Overall a good experience, I will return for future services. read more

I called to check their availability and was surprised to hear that they could take me at any time. I had a leak in a tire and they removed my spare, patched the leak, put my tire back on the vehicle, and were very courteous. I was unloading my tire with a leak from the back of my vehicle and the gentleman working the front door came out and beat me to it. I'm impressed with the service I received here. For months I had been taking my car all over Denver asking different mechanics to diagnose my brakes. I brought my car into Les Schwab a couple of days ago. They resurfaced the rotors and sent me home, however, again this did not fix the problem. But today, finally, Brian was able to spot a tiny screw sticking out through the pads and into the rotor. Thank God he spotted something nobody else has been able to see! Who knows how many more mechanics I would have had to see, how much more $ I would have spent, and how much more time I would have wasted? I brought my car in several times for different reasons. Air in the tires, new tires, then new wheels eventually after being told they were corroded. Long story short, my car broke down on I-70 for other reasons. After taking it to the shop, they said my front tire was a second away from coming off my car and had to pay for it to be put on correctly. Honestly, they know about tires. But I wouldn't trust them with my car again. If my car hadn't broken down for other reasons, who knows what would of happened if I continued to drive with that tire. Go somewhere else! Outstanding experience! Feeling some vibrations when applying brakes. Made an appointment online (very easy). Took the car in and met Brian the Manager. Great customer service from Brian and the entire staff. They did the inspection and recommended a rear brake job. Brian took the time to explain to us in detail. Never felt pressured to have more work than needed. When doing the brake job, they discovered that the previous mechanic (different company a few years ago) had installed rotors too small for our vehicle! He showed me the old parts and further explained the problem. I felt he had our best interest in mind. I am now a loyal customer. And I'll be returning to the former repair shop for a discussion. Quickly removed a nail and patched my tire - a nail that another shop had missed. Easy, fast, and professional!

BUYER BEWARE: If you want to have them install new tires on your car, the price will DOUBLE as a penalty for not having bought the tires with them, and they won't actually make that clear until you press them on it. They said that because the tires were "new" it was going to be a "bit more money". Turns out that by new they meant "not bought here" and by a bit more they meant "twice as much". It's my fault for not knowing how outrageous the price was until I spoke to other people more experienced tire-wise, but Les Schwab took advantage of vague language and my ignorance to get an extra $100 out of me. So: if you have your own new tires already DO NOT use them to have the tires installed unless you want to be ripped off. read more
