    Reuben Sandwich Benedict
    Apryl M.

Dined here for late brunch one afternoon while in Houston. This location is not as large as others but very nice and seems to get a lot of guests as it was bit crowded. I tried the special the Reuben Sandwich Benedict with cheese hash browns. My food was freshly made delicious and the eggs were cooked to my liking perfect medium poached. The chicken salad was also very good. Their signature Bloody Mary was little spicy the way I like to have mines. Anyway, I would go back to this location again if in this area. Service was good as well and attentive to our needs. Give it a try folks they have a good breakfast menu but also the lunch items seems good as well.

My usual Friday breakfast spot closed out nowhere last Friday. So I spent my morning looking for a new breakfast spot. I went to the Katy location over a year ago. I wasn't too crazy with what I ordered. This time around, I'm just looking for the usual: 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes, bread/pancake, and strong coffee. I decided to check out the location on Westheimer. I walked in, was greeted with a menu, and sat at the bar. Place was empty but loud. It's a Friday morning in Houston. The Mimosas are being poured and the weekend has started already for some people! lol. I ordered "Two Eggs and a Cake". I pretty much got a bang for my buck! The French Toast was a so damn sweet and good complement to the bacon, eggs, and hash brown casserole. The coffee was fresh and strong! Even took some to go! Overall, it looks like I found my new Friday morning spot.

In town for a brief visit and stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday. Plenty parking and seating. We were greeted and seated without any delay. I was craving pancakes and added n egg and bacon. The bacon was excellent. Just the right thickness, crispiness, and fattiness. The eggs were cooked too long and part of them had begaun to brown. They weren't inedible. But I certainly hope that's not how they are usually served. I wasn't asked if I wanted them cooked hard or soft. The pancakes were huge and hot. Not bad but I'd try another dish if I were to return. I asked for extra butter one time and it never came. The server was cool but was a little less attentive than I expected as it was not at all busy. The music wasn't too loud which made for great conversation without yelling. There's a bar but we didn't get any 'dranks'. My host got eggs Benedict and scarfed it down before I could snap a pic or taste a bite :). 3.5 stars for me.

What an awesome breakfast joint! This is a perfect place to meet friends, come on a date, or just indulge by yourself. I ordered the Southwest breakfast bowl. It was absolutely delicious and very filling. I highly recommend if you have a big appetite but watch out as it can be a little spicy. I also tried my friends biscuits and gravy and they were soooo good. The gravy was nice and peppery, yum! We all enjoyed our meals. We got a round of mimosas as well which were good. Juices are not fresh if that's a concern. Our server Stephen was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were the most important customers around. Shout out to him! Will most definitely return!

Came here today for some breakfast as I'm visiting town. Checked out the menu and of course I picked the biscuits and gravy! The place was nice and clean. Staff seemed friendly enough. It was a cool little spot. Why 3 stars. I placed my order and I swear 2 minutes later my food was at the table. That's not a bad thing given what I had ordered. However, my biscuit was very hard. It has a good flavor to it, but it wasn't soft. The gravy was very delicious and I enjoyed the big chunks of sausage in it. The gravy wasn't hot enough and was very thick so it didn't make the biscuits soft enough to enjoy. My waiter was cool, but didn't check on me at all. I sat for 10 minutes and finally asked for the bill since he never really asked me how I was. And I was sitting at the bar. I tried striking conversation to get some suggestions on things because of course I'm not from here. But his responses seemed like he was more annoyed so I didn't try to have a conversation with him. Gave him my money and left. I did have another guy talk to me twice and check on me. He was really nice. Would I try this place again? I would because I seen things on the menu I would enjoy. Next time I would also ask for a more fresh made biscuit too.

A nice place for traditional brunch favorites. If you're looking for a good place that'll satisfy all tastes including picky eaters and restrictive diets, etc you should try this place out. As someone visiting from out of town, we like to try places that don't exist in our neck of the woods. But we still have to think about young children and picky in-laws. Got a late start to the day? Some people want breakfast? Some want lunch? Sweet or savory? This place ticks all the boxes. We came on a Wednesday, around 1:00 in the afternoon... Perfect for us because the work that many people there and the service was quick and attentive. The orders were correct and the food came out hot. Fried chicken sandwich was a lot bigger than it seemed in the picture and unfortunately last seasoning. no matter, I still left with the other half to sate inevitable apres-beer late-night munchies. The onion strings under the pretzel bun are a nice touch. The special sauce tingled the tongue. Piquant, not unnecessarily spicy. Pickles on the side? No problem. Breakfast standards such as eggs, french toast, bacon and sausage, cooked perfectly and to order. Requested runny yolks did indeed flow like liquid gold. Chili was on point, tortilla soup was delicious and Grandma was satisfied with her cream of broccoli.

Good spot for hungry folks! Service and ambiance: First of all, big shout out to Mary C. who was our waitress! Her friendly personality and outstanding service made our visit super special. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking spaces outside too. Food: BIG portions so come here hungry. The food arrived in timely manner and was tasty. Our party enjoyed the dishes we ordered. Make sure to ask for side of their spicy sauce. It went very well with all the foods. Pricing: Very affordable considering how much food you are getting.

Overall it was a nice experience but could use some improvement. The wait time to sit down was definitely a little long so we ordered mimosas while we waited. I had the pineapple mimosas which was great! Once we were finally seated, our waiter was Steven. He did a great job. He had a semi large group but he did great. He was personable and wanted to make sure he heard our requests. I ordered the TWO EGGS AND A CAKE. I opted to get strawberry banana pancakes instead of the standard pancake. Delicious. Also the hashbrown casserole.......... Delicious. I honestly could eat that all day. The one downfall of the whole experience was the gnats. Gnats were everywhere which indicates to me, they are not cleaning properly. There are no plants in sight to be over watered, so there is definitely a cleaning issue. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience

Fried Chicken Sandwich with Fresh Fruit

Yesterday, we popped in for Sunday brunch and had a good time! As soon as we came in, we immediately got seated. Once seated, waiter was quite friendly & helped us navigate the menu with his faves. Menu has a number of affordable varieties and it was easy to make substitutions to our orders. We got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fresh fruit and the 2 eggs and a cake (which we subbed for French toast). Chicken was crispy and paired with a pretzel bun that melted in your mouth. The accompanying sauce was flavorful. Eggs and French toast were also treat! French toast was warm and had just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, a really good deal for the price.

To me this is a step up from your Denny's/ihop, not fine dining, but still a nice place to bring the fam or grab a quick meal with a boo. The environment is super chill/casual I've been to this chain several times and the food is pretty consistent. Don't order at anything crazy like a lobster bisque ( they don't sell those, but for example). The burger was good. The shrimp and grits were flavorful, but tangy. The service was great! We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. I had an issue with my meat being over cooked and it was immediately handled!

This is right next door to Phoenicia grocery store. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. The food is good and unique. I had brisket scrambled omelette with hash brown casserole and fruit. It comes with a fluffy farmhouse biscuit. Bottomless coffee is fresh Love the unique coffee mugs.

The pancakes are enough for 6 people, but flavor is just ok.

The dining room is chic and feels very upscale but comfortable with a large open fire kitchen that was really fun to watch while dining. Between me and hubs, we had a Pan de campo, an order of Gulf Oysters "casino", (4) dressed oysters, a 16 oz dry aged ribeye, a snapper entree and a side of crab fried rice. We finished almost everything except a quarter of the Pan, about a quarter of the rice, and about a third of the ribeye. All were great dishes and would definitely order again. We skipped dessert because honestly none stood out to us. He said their popular dessert is the souffle but they were sold out. Our total before gratuity was about $250 and that included one cocktail. Hubs had their "classic" old fashioned which he said was excellent! Overall, highly recommended if you don't mind the splurge or for a special occasion!
