The little guy working here has poor communication skills and an attitude problem. He cost his owner a sale. He was so bad that I am taking the time to leave a review. I suspect drugs. He had a tweak energy. I was there at 6 ish last night so I hope the owner reviews the security footage. It was bizarre enough that I just said ... weird , as I got kicked out of the store. I asked the sales person if he had experience with puffcos? His response was yeah... I sell them so I guess I do. Then I asked if he has owned one and understands how they work because I needed help troubleshooting mine. I had mine in my hand trying to explain my issue. He then said he has not used one. He must of felt insecure because that's when he locked up.. walked to the side and told me that I was talking to him like he was an idiot and asked me to leave. I was calm the whole time. I really hope the owner sees what happened on video. This store will not survive with him working there and other competitors near by. I drove down the street and got help at another store. The lady working even called another shop to see if she could find someone to troubleshoot my issue with my puffco. It got sorted and I spent my money there. They were very helpful. If I could... I would give this location zero stars. Booooooo read more

They have other deals, but for some reason it seem like every time I was looking for Rocky Patel versions they were either out or not stocked. Even Monte Cristo and other brands that were very low and this was back to back the days that I came in . It seems like they have their brands of cigars too, but sadly, their cigars are the worst if they were to have better quality of their namebrand I probably would've probably got them. But sadly, there is nothing but colored paper or so it seems no tobacco whatsoever. however I do wish that they had better deals as well and there system should be able to mix and match not be forced to buy one of the same and get the same one free. It should be get one of one brand and get another one of similar or less value I would go for that. just very disappointed. They can do much better.

I realize that not everyone will have a perfect experience in a cigar lounge if you don't like smoke or if you were expecting some kind of royal carpet treatment. Personally, I like the fact that they have a big screen tv and nice chairs and great ventilation if you know where the switch is on the wall to turn on the van. One big thing I did notice this year was that they dropped the cell size of the vegetable saplings from 4 to 3 but the price stayed the same $1.99. A lot of places are still charging the same price for a 4 cell so keep that in mind. The plants looked really healthy this year so far. I love their Salad Bowls. I always pick up 2 or 3. It's great having access to fresh lettuce everyday. I also came looking for a couple Lemon Cypress trees. Sadly they don't carry them so that was a bit of a disappointment. We did leave with some herbs and vegetable plants though. TIP: Get here early in the season... The plants that they have in the first week or two of opening are a great deal for their size, a large 4" tomato plant will cost you less than $3.
