They demanded I get a root scaling procedure, but admitted my roots were fine. They pushed the root scaling on my husband, who also didn't need it, and charged us a fortune not covered by insurance. Only go to this dentist if you want to pay a lot out of pocket for nothing. When they demanded another unnecessary procedure for my son, whose teeth are perfectly healthy, we walked out. What upsets me the most is that they couldn't do my cleaning because "we don't have time". My time is also valuable. I took time off from work for this. I believe this is their routine as when my wife went for a cleaning, they did Xray and exam and told her to come back for the cleaning. Even though the Dr. was wearing a mask, I felt uncomfortable with my mouth open and her sniffling and coughing. I also had to question their charges as I was quoted one price but the print out given was higher. So, I went to have my cleaning done somewhere else and in my exam they identified two procedures Brident wanted to do that were not necessary unless I wanted to do it. It was not a good experience!

They explain thoroughly the procedures they have to do(and why),what my insurance covers, and how much I owe in the end... If that wasn't good enough..
