The Office Manager made it a point to help me resolve the issue and was extremely professional. When the hygienist finished cleaning the right side of my teeth in 15 minutes he said I would have to schedule the left side of my teeth because insurance will only cover half at a time. I scheduled the other half and went to front desk and ask why my insurance only covered half at a time. Turns out my insurance only covers 45% for deep cleaning and I was not informed by any one. This 15 minutes cleaning was no more than a regular cleaning.If I had got a deep cleaning it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and recommends numbing the gums because it is a very intense cleaning of the gums. Now I am waiting for the bill for the fake deep cleaning scam.Stay away!

They demanded I get a root scaling procedure, but admitted my roots were fine. They pushed the root scaling on my husband, who also didn't need it, and charged us a fortune not covered by insurance. Only go to this dentist if you want to pay a lot out of pocket for nothing. When they demanded another unnecessary procedure for my son, whose teeth are perfectly healthy, we walked out. What upsets me the most is that they couldn't do my cleaning because "we don't have time". My time is also valuable. I took time off from work for this. I believe this is their routine as when my wife went for a cleaning, they did Xray and exam and told her to come back for the cleaning. Even though the Dr. was wearing a mask, I felt uncomfortable with my mouth open and her sniffling and coughing. I also had to question their charges as I was quoted one price but the print out given was higher. Long story short, after I paid they said they don't do that kind of jobs there. They did nothing, not even a general or quick cleaning. Then, they tried to sell me an insurance, in their own words: it is something like a credit card. But why I would need a credit card of a place where they don't do want I need? If you want to pay $165 to apply for a dental credit card, this is the right place.
