I somehow kept chipping my top front 4 teeth. After the 4th chip, it got to the point that I could not have my teeth reshaped again as they would have been too small and odd shaped so veneers were needed. Having had three decades of dental work with multiple providers, their office by far exceeds expectations. Not only is the entire office comfortable and relaxing, but Dr. Smallwood is extremely efficient, walks and talks you through everything, and makes you feel positive and encouraged, no matter how direre your dental situation. I paid over $50,000 upfront and am still waiting for any effort to stand behind the work without being asked to pay more. A public reply is not the same as professional accountability.

I am a very high profile artist and refuse to be disrespected by some mid level dentist office for a $19 bill I already paid. I assumed they must have made a coding mistake and told them to talk to insurance, since idk who makes this large of a blunder, they never called me back and sent me to collections.
