When it was time for Dr Ward to see me he listened to what was going on with my tooth. He examined me and gave his suggestions on what I can do. I decided to get my cap on my tooth replaced. When I came back to get my permanent cap put on Dr Ward explained step by step what he was doing and why. I have never experience this with a dentist before. I really appreciated him doing that. All of his staff members were great. I have finally found a dentist I like. I would recommend Tempe Dental Care to my family and friends.

It started with a warm welcome from Ashley getting me checked in. I then get taken back and see the hygienist Janet. She was full of wisdom and knowledge and very thorough in her examination communicating every step of the way!! We then made our way to the star of the show, Dr. Mark Brouillette. This man was the most caring doctor I have ever met. This is a man who genuinely wants to help people and isn't in this field for the money like everyone else. He was incredibly honest and beyond fair. So much so that this man literally brought tears to my eyes. He made me feel soooo comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. He not only was going to be able to fix everything, he also showed me the teeth that needed to be fixed in the other places opinion was a complete attempt to rob me, as I didn't know any different. He is one of the few people I healthcare that are in it for the right reason and not money!!! He then went to work on a price with Daniel, who was an absolute dream to work with. Daniel came and let me know and it was a cut in literally half for more work than the other place!!! This place deserves 10 stars and have earned my business for life!!!! I'm so glad that I listened to my instincts and got a second look from Dr. Thomas. The office was super flexible in getting me scheduled during a convenient time, and everyone I interacted with was so courteous and kind. During the exam, I was praying it was nothing because I would have done ANYTHING to avoid a crown! After a closer look, however, Dr. Thomas found that the situation was even worse than a cracked tooth. The 10 year old filling was simply never done well enough to begin with and resulted in underlying problems that caused me pain and cold sensitivity for almost a decade. The way Dr. Thomas put it: "They did a half measure back then, but we will give it a full measure so you don't have trouble with that tooth again." I couldn't believe my last dentist never saw that this was an issue. I'll spare the details on a public forum, but once we went forward with a root canal and crown, all of Dr. Thomas' findings from the initial exam turned out to be correct and the work he did very likely saved my tooth, and saved me from so much more suffering. Now that my crown is in, I have had no sensitivity or pain and I honestly didn't realize how much discomfort I had been in for so long until it was corrected! Even though this office is further from my home, I will be looking to move my whole family to the trusted care of Dr. Thomas + team. You only get one set of permanent teeth -- don't leave it up to half measure effort.

The primary reason I stayed with Tempe Smiles for so long was the wonderful care provided by Dr. Marcus Young. However, during a recent visit, I was shocked to learn that Dr. Young left the practice back in July. The office and staff never provided any notification to established patients regarding his departure. His name remains prominently displayed on the front door, building signage, and website, yet the dentist treating patients on-site was simply a temporary substitute filling in for a few days. This lack of transparency extends to how the front office handles urgent patient care. I called with a dental emergency, very painful, shooting pain when trying to eat. Although an open 4 PM slot was visible on their online booking system, Kim informed me that online scheduling was supposed to be deactivated and placed me on the schedule for the following day instead. Then, just two hours before my scheduled emergency appointment, Kim called to cancel due to computer system issues, promising a callback as soon as their systems were restored. That callback never happened. I was left in a lot of pain for several days and throughout the entire weekend. I called back multiple times, left voicemails, and even sent an email checking in on my care, but all went completely unanswered. No emergency contact options or referrals were provided. When Kim finally reached out days later, she offered no explanation for the silence and responded dismissively when I expressed my concern, stating, "I didn't have any update to give." Leaving an established patient in documented, severe pain for that amount of time after scheduling an emergency appt without providing updates, answering calls/returning voicemails or emails is unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this office.

When I went into the office I was pleasantly surprised, it was very nice, clean and spacious. I was greeted by Beverly who was so warm and sweet, first she showed me around the office, took my X-rays and went over my medical history. When it came time to clean my teeth I got a little nervous and I told her about it, she was very calming. As she proceeded to clean my teeth I became more relaxed, she was very gentle but also not too gentle where she didn't clean, she was absolutely amazing. One of the brothers came in to check in and look at my teeth, he was a handsome, nice young man. My teeth felt so good when everything was done, $25 later. They really took care of me and I am so happy I found them. I do recommend them 100% and not to mention they give you a nice goody bag! =) I made my next appointment with Beverly and I'm actually not nervous to go back

I knew at the time I needed the early gum disease type of cleaning which is a bit lengthy and a little uncomfortable. On my first visit I was impressed with the soothing atmosphere of the office and the level of customer service from start to finish. The hygienists are very kind and it seems like they all have worked there a long time. There are blankets and other comfort items available, and they can play movies or nature documentaries on the screen over your head for a distraction. I did have the more in-depth cleaning and opted for nitrous. Both during this cleaning and every exam and cleaning, the hygienists have been careful to ensure you're comfortable and they don't hurt you. And with regular care (just 2x a year) at Dental Brothers, I no longer need the special gum cleaning! I've seen the same dental brother - Dr. Dan I think - each time (ie the actual dentist, and yes, they are really brothers) and he's always been nice and not pushy about anything. On the logistics side, it's got plenty of parking which is nice.

They got me right in, placed a temporary crown and worked with a shade match company to get the permanent crown shade just right. Subsequently, I have moved my entire family over to this office and everyone has been more than happy. I think the best part is the "vibe". They play music videos in the lobby and exotic destinations travel vids in the each of the individual rooms. Its a little girly with hot pink furniture and decor, but I love it! Two weeks ago, I had a wisdom tooth filled, but the condition got worse after the treatment. Because of the pain and concern, I returned to the office. At my follow-up visit, Dr. Lee recommended extracting the tooth. I agreed, but I also pointed out that if extraction was necessary, it should have been addressed during my previous visit instead of putting me through additional time, cost, and discomfort. After I said that, Dr. Lee's attitude completely changed. He made a negative facial expression and then refused to continue any treatment. I was left without care and felt dismissed as a patient. This is not just poor communication -- it is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. Although I ended up receiving treatment from a different dentist at the same office, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not trust Dr. Lee again and would strongly caution others. Patients deserve respect, clear treatment planning, and professionalism. This experience did not meet any of those expectations.

When I first called this office, they refused to give me a quote or estimate for the specific billing codes because they said that I had to make an appoint with the dentist to see my situation. They would not even tell me if the cost would be above $1500 which was the price for crown and abutment that I was trying to match, by an oral surgeon who refuses to do the crown because I got the implant done by someone other than himself. So when I arrived for the appointment, it turns out that the Endodontist office did not send the X-rays because it was not time yet for my followup appointment, but Every Smile dental office gave me print out of the "treatment plan" and cost anyhow, when before they said they couldn't. And this is without their dentist examining my mouth. Why could they do this, when before they told me they would not give me an estimate unless I came into the office to see the dentist. Now I told them I wasted my time going there, when they gave me their answer anyhow when I didn't have to SHOW UP IN THEIR OFFICE. Cost is 2 x the oral surgeon's price of $1500, plus a discount cos I am a senior, I get their plan discount free, cost is $2300. Boy, I was NOT SMILING when I walked out their door! The reception was nice, though, so 2 stars instead of 1.
