When I was there, I asked to make sure that there was a blade in there as the box said it came with one. They assured me it was and there was no need to open it up. I left. Naturally, a day later, I get a call back from the contractor telling me that there is no blade in there. I called this company back who told me to come back and they would give me one. I was too busy that week to go, but I called on Friday and asked if I could come first thing Monday morning so I could bring it to my job. The lady with whom I spoke told she would be there at 9 am. and I could come then. Monday morning at 8:30 I called and spoke with Del Woodall who explained to me that no one told me that and that he wouldn't be in the store until later in the afternoon. I explained to him that I needed it in the morning as I was driving an hour to the job and they needed it that day. He told me he didn't care, and that they weren't even technically open yet. I argued that they were open enough to take my money, but now they are conveniently not open when they need to remediate an issue. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out Monday night and was finally told (as a very heated conversation) that I could come the next morning and pick up the blade. On my way there, I received a call from the police saying that I wasn't welcome into their store, and they would simply put the blade outside behind a garbage can. I got out of my car, and got the blade. It was a used, horrible blade! So much for standing behind your products. Below is a picture. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall!
