But once I visited other high quality furniture stores, I know they do offer some very good prices here. Some sets were more than $1,000 cheaper than what I believe to be the same thing that I saw at other stores. So not only is it high quality, it's a great value. All that is well and good. The greatest advantage of shopping here is the people. They are the nicest and friendliest people you could ever meet. It's a family run business and every person we met showed true and genuine customer service but not only can you can tell they're very passionate about what they do but they are experts as well. This was a big decision for me and I made a lot of trips in and as I worried it probably was looking like I was window shopping or never going to buy. They still treated me the same on every single trip in. They spent as much time with me as I wanted. In the end we decided on an excellent set that we love, but more importantly I've almost never made a purchase that I felt as good about than I have buying from Casual Image. The fact that everything came assembled and in perfect condition and the delivery drivers put it exactly where I wanted was incredible care and showed the same great friendly customer service that made me feel amazing.
