After ten years of rocking a buzz cut, my taste changed and I decided to let my locks grow out. I spent hours on Pintrest searching for a cut. My hair is thick and has loose curls. Honestly, I really wanted to like this place. And I do. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. However, the blow dry I went in for was SOOOO FRIZZZYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even asked for hairspray and some product but somehow my hair ended up fry and frizzy within the hour. It was so incredibly disappointing. It is now the next day, my hair is frizzy and hard. The brush used was completely wrong for my type of hair, and the woman who did my hair didn't seem very experienced in terms of which direction to blow dry hair in (and I can say that after having worked at a hair salon for over a year). I won't be going back bc the hair was ugly - but the staff were really nice which really is the only reason for the 3 stars. read more

To make a consultation appointment, I had to call and email multiple times to receive a response. I then unfortunately had to cancel my consultation appointment and when I followed up by email to create a new appointment, I never heard from them again.
