There was slight miscommunication with timing since ClassPass failed to inform her that I had booked her 7pm slot so she could plan her clients according but she was so apologetic and warm so it wasn't a big deal. I love the way she pushed my cuticles back and shaped my nails nice ans round the way I like. Joanna is also easy to converse with and can help you choose the colour that works for you! You will have such a pleasant experience and come out with really nice nails to last a while!
