Haven't been here in the past 7 Years and As soon as I walked through the door after they reopened on Phase 3, Kay remembered my name I couldn't even believe it. They really care about their customers in a very special way, I'm so happy they're still in business after everything happening. They're using masks, sanitizing after each client, appointments are required, They're only taking walk ins if they aren't busy at the moment. They set up distanced seats outside of the facility for people to wait their turn. They're only allowing 4 customers inside at a time which is great, makes us feel safe. They encourage the customer to put any lotion/soother they provide after service on for themselves, they don't touch your face more than needed. The threading cost is still ($8) for both eyebrows and upper lip. Will definitely be returning for service ! Thank you Kay, you're truly amazing. read more

Been here a couple of times and yes the Indian lady has talent however she is not so nice when it comes to customer service, walked in she was there but let someone else (I assume new) do my eyebrows which she insisted was good, and since I've trusted this place I didn't argue much about it since she walked off anyways. Second thing is here they have a thing where they charge $10 for men and $8 for women. whattttt. I guess moral of the story is stick to your lady and if they assign you someone else run as fast as you can. Waste of $ I gotta go elsewhere to fix. read more

Today was my first time here. I didn't wanna make a special trip to get my brows done and this was on the way to the gym. When I walked in both girls were sitting. Neither of them were eager to help me. In fact they were pushing each other to do the threading. So I sat and the first thing she did was cut my brows. Ok that's new. I told her I didn't want my brows thinner and just to clean up. She had me holding my brows with both hands. That's also new. She was super chatty with her coworker and really took long. Took her over 10 minutes. I'm used to being done in 5 minutes. Afterward she cut my brows again and asked if I wanted lotion. I said yes. She did a brow massage where she really applied pressure and did like 1 minute. Ok...sure. Great idea to rub the area that's sensitive after removing hair from it smh. My brows came out ok though I seemed to have lost my arch a bit. When I was at the gym my brow area had a few red bumps probably irritation from the brow massage. That's a first. Also it's $8 to get threading here. More expensive than the city where I usually go for mediocre job. U can get a better job for $5. Will not be returning. read more

2 stars only because yes the eyebrows are good ..actually, amazing. But they ruined my face with their facial. My skin was fine before they talked me into doing an expensive facial that ate at my skin. The next day I broke out so bad and my skin has been ruined since. My skin is seriously so scary to look at. Never doing a facial anywhere after this experience. I will only do my eyebrows here. Another thing! Kay will ask you to go to the atm to get cash if you don't have cash on you. Her response was "debit cards are no good for me, I get charged" when I had a $60 bill. Just ridiculous. The others girls are awesome. Do not go to Kay. She's not that great and she'll tell you your brows and lips have "too much hair" in front of everyone. Well obviously that's why I'm here! Stay away and stick with the other girls. read more
