Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm. I later found out from one of the mom's at my child's daycare who is also an OB/Gyn that Dr. Shi is one of the most talented OB/Gyn's in the country. I'm happy to have found a wonderful doctor and I will continue to see her as long as I can! Once the surgery was done, she left a set of instructions that was clear cut to make sure my recovery was going smooth. The next day, she came by to check on me and to let me know how surgery went. She gave me full detail on the surgery and the success that it was. She explained it to me in a way that it all made sense to me. She is always going to take her time when searching to get to the route cause of my issues. It bothers me when people give doctors bad reviews (because of cost) for wanting to run test to find out what is wrong on a cellular level. Dr. Gracie tries to get to the route cause and sometimes that takes a little time and money. Other times, it has been something very simple and inexpensive. Actually, her pricing is the least expensive in the entire Texas area for Naturopathic/Holistic care. I checked. I appreciate that she cares enough about me; as to not just tell me to take a pill. I don't want a quick fix that will lead to other issues. I choose to listen to my body and invest in my health fully; and if possible, naturally. Dr. Gracie has created a space to do just that. Fix the problem instead of putting a bandaid on it.
