Keith was a total pro to work with. Can't recommend him enough. We had to remove a large tree limb caught in some wire. He was on-site within an hour - in the evening no less. He quickly secured the limb for full removal the next morning. I think he's used to bigger jobs than ours, but he gave us more attention and expertise than we could've hoped for. I'll be contacting him in the future for emergency repair, as well as ongoing service. Would recommend to anyone. read more

my neighbor hired them to trim our Norway maple. While he was here I tried to hire him to trim the trees on the other side of the house that were touching the house and almost touching the ground. He gave me a price and promised to do the work. That was two weeks ago. Supposedly he talked to the neighbor and the price went up 25%. He was supposed to show up yesterday, today, etc. We have called and called no action! Teh painters are coming Saturday to paint the house. Still no action!! read more

Let me start by saying Keith and his team are incredibly friendly. We hired him for a job back in November 2020 to cut down some dead pine trees. They did such a great job that we decided to hire them again in March/April 2022 to take down a tree next to the house. In the process of removing that tree his team cut down our perfectly health peach tree. He said one of his guys made a mistake and thought it was a maple sapling and was "doing us a favor" by getting rid of it. Keith made an agreement to replace the peach tree free of cost since it never should have come down in the first place. Here I am now in June after a million back and forth text messages with Keith and I still don't have a peach tree. He's promised time and time again "we'll be there this week to put it in" "we'll be there Monday to put it in" "it's hot out today can't do it" "sorry, we've been busy" "no worries, it's on the truck you'll have it before the weekend" I even asked for a reimbursement for the tree since he was busy, no luck. I've given up at this point. A very nice guy but bad business practices. read more

I called the tree guy a few weeks ago after I sabotaged a bush in the front of the house. Trying to be the independent woman I am, I took it upon myself to trim the bush down. But with no bush trimming experience, I totally killed it. It was embarrassingly hideous. Lucky for me, the tree guy came to my rescue. He hapilly came out the same day to even it out for me. 2 or so weeks later, we arranged for him to cut down some overgrown weeds that had grown into almost small trees. We hired The Tree Guy to remove a giant Catalpa tree. The tree had to go--its roots were buckling our walkway and undermining our garage, and several huge branches had snapped off in a windstorm and crashed onto our garage roof. We hired The Tree Guy to remove the tree and stump. It was a tricky operation--the tree was sky high and close to power lines and other buildings. The crew removed branches one by one starting at the top, and then the long trunk piece by piece, and then the stump--which they ground up. It took about 3 days. Then they cleaned it all up and hauled everything away. They did a fantastic job--you'd never know the tree was ever there. Price was very reasonable. Lower than the other estimate we got. Very happy with their work from beginning to end. Highly recommend. read more

The Tree Guy has trimmed our trees in the past and this was first emergency visit. The high winds damaged a lot of trees in our area, but I didn't realize it damaged one of ours. I noticed it Friday night around 7pm. I called and Keith came over to 'check it out' about 7:15!! He and his crew were at my house by 10:00 am the next day! The service was quick, inexpensive and they did a great job at clean up. If you ever need them in an emergency or just to care for your trees, give them a call. They are worth it! read more

It's been over a month since I first called these guys. I got an estimate right away, 3 stumps for $100. They said it would be a few days before they could do it, because of all the storm cleanup orders they had. So I wait. And wait. A few weeks later, after a few calls to them, I get a call back, and their truck is broken. Okay. He drops the price to $80. Fine. Few more weeks, no response. Lat call I made, the voicemail said the wouldn't be doing much because of the heat. It was 75F out. I mean, come on! I just want to give you money! Isn't this a bad economy?
