Food is very good love these loaded fries. Great service absolutely a five star! Also has a patio with umbrellas is such a great addition!

nice spot with good food and a versatile atmosphere. it can get busy during peak times, but also feels calm and relaxed at other times. food was solid and well prepared, and the surrounding area adds to the overall experience. a good place to meet friends or enjoy a casual meal

We love this place! Great outdoor and indoor vibes. Also, depending on the time you visit, you either get a very busy inside bar, or a relaxed outdoor vibe! The food is great, mostly bar-food, but no-complaints here. The place is "sit anywhere" type of place and you will get someone checking in on you. The service has always been amazing and the drinks are great! We will be visiting again!

Perfect location in Tremont, amazing vibes every night of the week, well priced drinks, and karaoke every Sunday - what more could we ever ask for!??

The service was great but the food wasn't good. The gravy was not flavorful and the tator tots were over cooked.

The service was great and I ordered the fried chicken sammy with fries. It was pretty good but my friend ordered a burger and that tasted better.

Always love coming here. Tremont is chock full of cool places to hang out and drink. This is one of the better ones. Great drink selections and a great patio.

My waitress (Renee) immediately greeted me, she was friendly & professional and offered to take my drink order, since I was ready, she took my order, fish & chips which comes with a cup of coleslaw. The food arrived fairly quickly and I was impressed at the size of the meal. A large fillet perfectly fried and crispy. The fries were ok, but they do offer malt vinegar on the side and a the tartar sauce was good. The place definitely has that old English pub feel and appeared to be clean and orderly. I would definitely dine here again, when flying in or out of Cleveland Hopkins.

The sandwiches ($21) came with pub chips which I was good with. My husband wanted fries instead so he paid $3 more for fries. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese or aioli/mayo. I did ask for honey mustard instead and was charged $1.00 for a tiny cup of it. But did they take some money off for the removal of cheese or aioli?? The sandwich itself was good but it was on the smaller side. I can never finish a whole sandwich but I finished this one. Service was good for an airport restaurant. We did try to find a table with outlets to charge our phones and they didn't have any.

I want them to be crispy on the outside with a mouthful of chicken in each bite and they were just that. The lemon pepper sauce was very salty, but I love salt and vinegar chips so I was prepared. You won't even be able to stand. As for my other visit, it was on a Friday night. A nice sized crowd, full bar. Sports game on the television. A nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar. A great touch is the 1 pinball machine in the corner. Older game but it does take up something to do with friends. As with service we were told that the bar is extremely behind by a rude bartender named Meg. You can tell she was overwhelmed and just seemed to be having a rough day. A few minutes later we were told by staff that the kitchen was now closed. Pretty strange as the menu is mainly all bar served fried food or burgers etc. The bartender also announced that they were out of fish as well. I continued to order drinks, they were cold and tasted as advertised. About an hour or so later , the kitchen was then re opened when the bar was less crowded. I order a dozen wings, garlic Parmesan with ranch. The wings were real solid. Nice and crispy and the garlic and parm combo was just enough. The basket of fries we got were average fries. Not crispy, nor salty but atleast they were hot. The prices were about average, no complaints about that. Overall, the bar does not seem to handle stress or large crowds very well. My wings were good, fries were average like I said. My friends attend this bar often and did tell me that this bar is not like this usually. May have been a rough day. I assume I will be back again, I wouldn't pick this place to go to but the location is close enough to the area we hang out. Not so much of any certain type of theme at the bar but I did notice the staff recognize many patrons by name so it will continue to be the neighborhood bar for many. Overall a 6.7 out of 10.

The Rowley Inn is located in a nice neighborhood (Tremont) across the street from the Christmas Story house. I had three meals there. The first, loaded pierogis, was the ultimate comfort dish. Pierogis with potato centers were covered in diced kielbasa, bacon (yes, bacon), and covered in cheddar cheese. Ahhhhh. The others at my table raved about the kielbasa and pierogi dish. They also liked the beer selection. How do you know you have a great find? You think about the meal long after it is consumed. Next meal- breakfast. I had the kielbasa and pierogi omelet. Need I say more? Finally, we came back a third time and I ordered the burger. No burger place (save Chuckbox in Tempe, AZ) can match the Rowley burger. The burger is actually seasoned and cooked to order. I had it medium rare. Sheer perfection. Typing this review makes me sad because I live far away from Cleveland. As service waned throughout my meal. The bacon wrapped tots are a MUST TRY. Fantastic! The steak frites was also very good. I've been to nice steak joints that don't know how to cook a steak medium that consistently throughout. My initial water glass was cracked, and a decent chip in the top almost cut my lip. I brought it to the servers attention and she replaced it. And, I also ordered an Arnold Palmer, which never came. Had it not been for those oversights, it may have been a five star review, which is a definite rarity for me when I've tried "Triple-D" locations. Usually I leave disappointed.
