I have been shopping here for years and always seem to have a brand new experience each time! Their store not only has those cute little trolls (I have 3 of them) but they also sell all kinds of stuff that you can't find anywhere else like skull jewelry and an extremely large variety of tarot cards and The Witches Almanac. I normally have to go around the store 3-4 times looking at the items because there is always so much to look at and I have never seen prices as low as the Troll Shop prices anywhere! The people who work there are always very helpful though they do give you your space and opportunity to look around without constantly bothering you. I was just in there this week and was pleased to see how covid safe they were with hand sanitizers at the ready for all - masks were required as well. I picked up a really cool windchime and a really cool large cast Iron ants for my garden. I always make a point to stop here when i am in East Greenwich and I always find something new and unique that I just don't find anywhere else. I thought this store was very cute & if I lived closer, I'd stop by to shop their jewelry selections for gifts. In addition to the troll theme there are also, mermaids, pirates, day of the dead, dragons, peacocks, elephants, incense, and more. The front of the store has a troll display with statues that look like they belong on a Jim Henson movie set. Pretty cool to look at. The Troll Shop is definitely worth a visit while strolling main street in East Greenwich, RI. read more

Wonderful shop!!! One of those 'must see to believe' places; not only is there a huge collection of their signature Trolls, but this shop is absolutely stuffed with wonderful, unexpected things at amazing prices! I've yet to find a better place for shopping for stocking stuffers or anyone/anything on your holiday list. read more

Prices are amazing and there's something for everyone but can be unwelcoming when you're stared at the entire time, when you can hear the staff talking about you rudely like you're not right there, when you can hear gossip about everyone on the entire street and there's a million signs about kids and holding their hands (I know, common sense not everyone has while shopping but..). All those things are pretty unwelcoming and unappreciated in my book. They make rude comments about customers weight/appearance, about strollers, about kids and stereotype shoppers. Get a smile when you walk in but beware of what is said when you walk out. read more

Buon Giorno, I discovered this shop on Sunday and immediately fell in love. The prices were unbelievable, jewelry beautiful and I love the colors. Having visited the Mermaid Isle (Capri) I had to buy a mermaid trinket for my mermaid in the UK. If she were here she would spend her whole paycheck at this store. Will revisit it soon. My favorite store!! Has all kinds of beautiful jewelry, trolls, gifts. The owners are very friendly and welcoming every time I stop in. I have bought gorgeous earrings and I like them huge and they have them! The prices are great too. I am also into incense and they have a pretty good selection. Cones or sticks and even the holders! In the back of the store is a cute Buddha room with figurines and scarves. A little taste of everything from Buddha, Witch craft to even pirates!! read more

Stumbled upon this place as we randomly drove through Rhode Island and just had to stop. Trolls! A huge selection of handmade trolls. Amazing. On my first visit, I bought the witch troll. Very reasonably priced for an incredibly unique item. I decided to get the nurse themed troll for my mother and tried a few times to go back but Google maps was wrong and once they were closed at 5 and it said 6 and we arrived 10 minutes too late. Bummer. Finally went back the other day and picked up a nurse troll, a cat troll and a princess troll. It's the kind of place that I could get into trouble in and the trolls do add up. I recommend going if for no other reason than to look around as it's a very cool shop with more than just trolls (huge selection of very cool jewelry and other items). read more

Customer service is awful..cashier made a huge error on my purchase charging me a huge amount more than the few dollars i spent will take a week to go back on and the owner sees no big deal..just a mistake..will never go back and ive been going there since the 70s..very disapointed read more

Not great but lots of fun things to buy. Oh and if your so worried about someone breaking something WHY in the heck is everything so close together only the super thin can move around! A little pricey but worth a stop in. idk why it always feels like they taunt everyone who walks in. read more

This store was a fun escape from the norm. I love it and will return to buy more well priced goodies!! And maybe next time Ill purchase one of the hand made Trolls that all have their own place in the magical Troll word that they have created for these pieces of art!! Again fun store check it out!!
