Their prices are not particularly cheap. We've used a small place in Hawthorne before called A.R.T printing, and they're fantastic; but we decided to go with ORB because we've used them before for this specific kind of work we needed, and they're closer to us. When I went to pick them up, the fella who finally came over to help me couldn't find them. Jon then came over and pointed out that they were in plain sight sitting on his desk. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. I have moved on to another South Bay small business print shop and they have been far more attentive.
