Kara has been taking care of our dogs for 10 years now - especially our dog rascal who she takes out 3-4x a week for walks or the dog park. She has been our go to dog/house sitter, dog walker and any questions we may have on where is the best care and so forth. I have recommended her to all our friends and we couldn't thanks her enough for what she's done for us.

She's settled back into our household beautifully, and her training has been going incredibly well. We practice her commands every day, and she's noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we've gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We'll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we're abroad later this year because we couldn't trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. If you're considering professional training for your dog, I highly recommend reaching out to Juan and his team. The investment was one of the best decisions I've made for my dog. and I'm so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for her future.

Where do we even begin. We're in LOVE with Oh Hello Dog. Janet, Lisa and the entire OHD team are…read moresimply amazing. They genuinely love and care for each dog!!! We needed a place where we can trust our skittish and anxious rescue dog with. We also wanted her to have more opportunities for healthy socialization. After looking up dog daycare in our area, we decided to check out OHD due to all the 5/5 reviews on Yelp. We first had a phone call where Janet explained their program. She then helped us schedule an intake evaluation appointment. We were honestly so nervous. But our little Bella passed the evaluation and was accepted to the transition daycare program! The transition program is designed to help dogs who need more support to transition into the group play area. Some dogs are immediately accepted into group play. Lisa and Janet knew exactly what Bella needed in order to successfully transition to being with a larger group of different personalities. They are extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior. What we appreciate about this daycare is not only the quality of program and the people who work here, but also their strict policies. Every dog has to pass their evaluation in order to be admitted to the daycare. They also require all dogs to be vaccinated, including annual canine influenza vaccine. Not only that, but dogs who were sick cannot come to daycare for 30 days to protect other dogs from getting sick (jussst in case!). The pricing is also reasonable compared to other daycares in the area. It's been about four months since Bella began attending OHD and we have only had positive experiences so far. We also noticed improvement in her behavior. She used to often bark at other dogs out of fear, but we rarely observe that now. She is so much more comfortable around other dogs. She also walks into the daycare by herself without having to be carried. Overall, we are so glad we found OHD for our Bella and we recommend it with 1000% confidence!

First thing you will notice is his place for crating feels very home like and natural. He gives each dog what is needed after full review along, with recommendations : prices are very fair . He has extensive programs year round plus weekly meet ups : if you went through his program they are free or jump in for a small fee. And well worth it . His groups sessions feel very intimidate and he will address each dog so it feels like a 1 on 1 session which he does also read the room well so if there's any nervous dogs in there he will make sure everyone is safe . Keep in mind he's very vocal and advocates for the animals so if you aren't pulling your weight he will have a discussion with you . Clients can get fired in general just be a good dog parent and you will be fine. This is a husband and wife team and both are excellent and Caring . They love my dog the most wink wink lol ; Look no further Raymond and his wife are the ones you need : enjoy

When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

You can immediately tell how much they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. The facility is so much ! more than a boarding place. It's like a doggie park and vacation all in one, with plenty of opportunities to play, socialize, exercise, and have fun. My dog went to South Park Doggie for over five years, since he was a puppy. It was his home away…read morefrom home. Then Best Friends Pet Hotel bought the location, and it has gone downhill fast. To be clear, this is not about the staff. The people here are excellent, they genuinely love these dogs, and they are the only reason the place is still functioning. My issue is entirely with corporate. What has changed since the acquisition: The longtime manager was let go with no explanation. There is no full-time manager on site anymore. The new manager splits time between two locations. Business hours were changed with zero notice to members. I dropped my dog off Thursday morning,8/27, and only found out when it was time for pickup. No E-Mail went out. It is now 9/4 and corporate still has not notified members directly. The staff themselves had less than 24 hours' warning. The hours advertised are wrong. The actual hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, and the location is closed on weekends. Check before you make the trip, because the posted schedule has not been corrected. Here is the real problem. Regulars buy prepaid monthly packages. I still have about eight sessions left that I paid for under a schedule that no longer exists, and I now have to rearrange my workweek to use them. Selling packages on one set of hours and then changing those hours mid-membership, without notice, is unacceptable. The dogs feel it. Longtime owners are already looking elsewhere, and my dog is losing the pack he grew up with. And when a business cuts its hours, staff hours are usually next. This team deserves better than that. I recommended this place to friends and family for years. I can't anymore. If your prepaid package was affected by the schedule change, consider filing a complaint with the BBB. Until corporate communicates with members directly and honors what it sold, I'd look elsewhere.
