In addition to that, they have a new groomer, Erick, that has bathed her a couple times and also does fur cuts. We have been having issues with burrs in our backyard getting stuck in her curly fur (she is a goldendoodle) and he took care of that for me. Now we are set for the summer, and I don't have to worry about digging out burrs on a daily basis. This service makes it so convenient for our family. Plus: Convenient, knows what he is doing, reasonable cost Cons: can't think of any.

Boarding is now (February 2026) close to $100 per night for a small/medium dog, which already places it on the higher end compared to other facilities. In addition to that, there is a flat $35 late checkout fee and a $25 same-day reservation fee! The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

You can immediately tell how much they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. The facility is so much ! more than a boarding place. It's like a doggie park and vacation all in one, with plenty of opportunities to play, socialize, exercise, and have fun. It gives you such peace of mind knowing your dog is not only safe and well cared for, but also happy and enjoying their time there. I highly recommend them! Prices are fair.

However, the recent app change is a big drop in value. I used to get updates on appetite, medication, and more comprehensive notes. Now you just get a link with a small writeup like "having a great time!" This is not comforting as a dog owner. I also have not been updated on how to see the cameras on the new app. Finally, today I picked up and for the first time was hit with a "would you like to leave a tip?" With the only options being 15, 20, 25 percent. I don't appreciate the goalpost moving as a customer. It makes me feel like they don't value the customer experience. If your staff needs a tip, your staff is underpaid in this position. I really would hate to leave my dog with anyone else than the people he loves so much, but the drops in quality and customer appreciation are giving me pause.

First thing you will notice is his place for crating feels very home like and natural. He gives each dog what is needed after full review along, with recommendations : prices are very fair . He has extensive programs year round plus weekly meet ups : if you went through his program they are free or jump in for a small fee. And well worth it . His groups sessions feel very intimidate and he will address each dog so it feels like a 1 on 1 session which he does also read the room well so if there's any nervous dogs in there he will make sure everyone is safe . Keep in mind he's very vocal and advocates for the animals so if you aren't pulling your weight he will have a discussion with you . Clients can get fired in general just be a good dog parent and you will be fine. This is a husband and wife team and both are excellent and Caring . He sent us pictures and let us know his observations throughout the week. He was kind enough to pick up our dogs at the beginning which was perfect for us as we were busy packing and working before our trip. Then we picked up the dogs at the end of the stay. I liked that our dogs didn't seem strange or overly tired after their stay, which is typical of our experience using a daycare facility. We will definitely be working with Raymond again for training of our 2 year old and boarding.

She was recommended to me when I was struggling to find someone to help with my then 11-year old dog Max, who is in diapers 24/7 and has special diet needs. Noemi keeps him clean and happy by changing his diapers AND she even washes his diapers and has sewn and mended his washable diapers, so I can use them longer. When Max was diagnosed with diabetes, she stepped up and when I needed her to watch Max, she also, on top of the diapers, started feeding him a specialized diet and giving him insulin shots twice daily. She goes above and beyond and treats you like family. Max LOVES Noemi. Max typically doesn't react well to being left somewhere, but he doesn't even notice when I leave him at the Doggie Hotel! He loves it there so much and gets so excited to see Noemi. He loves rolling around in her beautifully maintained yard, and I like that it is secure and gated. Her garden is gorgeous; she has even given me many delicious avocados! Typically, I drop Max off in the morning before work, and I pick him up on the way home. However, I don't know what I would have done without Noemi during my big projects at work. Max at times has ended up staying with her for nearly two weeks. She is so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend the Doggie Hotel. Noemi loves and is great with dogs, has a flexible schedule to accommodate yours, and has a great, safe space dogs love. I'm so grateful for Noemi and the Doggie Hotel!

The first couple times we used Sitter4Paws we had a really great experience with the sitters that were assigned to our senior, diabetic cat. Last year, my mother unexpectedly passed away, and our regular cat sitter was unavailable for half of the trip home. We booked Sitter4Paws the second half of the trip, and let them know about the circumstances and requested sitters that had seen Jodie before so that we could rest easy during a very difficult time. Of course we know that can't always be accommodated due to scheduling, so for the first visit a new sitter came to see Jodie. On the evening of my mother's passing, we got a text from Sitter4Paws that the sitter felt he may have made a mistake with our cat's insulin dosage. It was revealed to us that instead of giving her her normal 2.25 unit dose, he gave her 22.5 units - ignoring the taped off/labeled syringes, our explicit written instructions in the app, and additional photos/diagrams of what a full syringe should look like. Thank god he realized his mistake, otherwise our cat would have slowly died alone in our apartment - and this would have happened immediately after losing my mom. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact that a sitter was uncertain with potentially life-threatening medication if administered improperly and didn't even think to reach out to us first was quite shocking. Sitter4Paws took full responsibility, admitted their mistake, said they would take steps to make sure something like this would never happen again, and covered her 4 day ER stay, but it never should have gotten to that point. Again - we did have great sitters who took care of our cat wonderfully - but the uncertainty of who you can get especially with medication involved means that we can no longer recommend this service with confidence.
