From the moment we walked in the door, everything was amazing. The staff were wonderful with all of the kids, who ranged from ages 2-11...and ALL of them enjoyed it. The staff handled everything for us and were incredibly kind and attentive. It is clear how much Mr. Brandyn enjoys his job. I had fun watching him have a gymnastics-off of sorts with my 11 year old niece. He knew exactly how to get the kids to do what he needed them to do, progressing from one activity to another and the kids enjoyed every second. I think every parent there wanted to hire him to get their kids to listen :) We'll definitely be heading there to try a class soon. This was absolutely the best party we have thrown or been to. It is worth every penny...and by the way, the staff are too nice to ask, but luckily I remembered seeing in a contract that I was emailed that they are able to receive tips...you can (and should!!) tip them if you think they deserve it. Thanks for making our day so great!

Miss Janna is an amazing instructor and always brings great energy to the class. My kiddo is full of energy so it's great brining her to class and let her get all her wiggles out. She's gotten more confident in various movements and I'm sure she'll only get better. It's also a great way to socialize with other babies and parents in the area!

We were promised…read morevia text message (from a head coach) a certain level when it was time to move up and that was a lie. there is a clique and if your family isn't in it your daughter will not move up. The ones in the clique don't even have to tryout! this place will hold your child back when they are clearly light years ahead of others in order to prop up meet scores. Then after years of being held back they will complain that your daughter is "too old". this place is toxic and gossipy.

There is a clear split between the competitive teams, the Stars 'teams', and tumbling. If you are on the Stars 'team' or in a tumbling class, your children will be bumped off of the equipment, or shortchanged on time regularly because there is not enough space in the facility for the number of kids enrolled in those programs. The Office Manager, Laura, is rude, condescending, and pretends to hold all the power in the gym. She does not like hearing about any issues with the gym, facilities, or coaches. She will tell you that you are the only one who complains, that other parents do not have any concerns, or that it must be your (or your child's fault) that there is an issue. Even if your child is injured, as several of our daughter's classmates have been, there is no care from the gym, and no extra attention given to safety amongst the coaches. Laura's only concern is that you sign the contract, pay the money, and act grateful that your child has the opportunity to attend such a great gym. RSG does not hold up their end of any part of the contract. If you have a problem, there is no one to turn to. The coaches are afraid of her. There is no communication when coaches leave, and a lot of them leave. When you show up, there is just a new person leading the class. There was an email recently that no water service was available at the gym, but that classes would continue anyway. You could not use the toilets, or drink from the water fountain, but were free to purchase water from the gym. WHAT? It is really a shame, too, because it IS a nice facility, and most of the coaches really do care about the gymnasts. But the entire place is poisoned by the fact that the Office Manager is the person you need to deal with for everything else. And for some reason, she walks the floor during practice, talks with the coaches, distracts them from teaching, and makes people wait at the front desk, and never answers the phone.
