First attorney out of many several phone calls that took the time to listen to me, explain my legal…read morestanding and helped me see my next step. Wish I called him first instead of getting a dozen "we don't handle those cases" from the other guys. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for real help.

OMG Such a huge mistake!!…read more Whatever Nestrelda has stated is so true each and every word. I wish I would have read this before I put myself through that torture. I cannot believe since his first review in 2011 he is still same or I should say worse. We hired him for Negotiation deal with HOA instead of just sending a letter to HOA, as he claimed to be giving us a Discounted Deal and charged us 5 times more than just sending a letter. He claimed to be an expert and get us a WIN as this was a open and shut pretty easy case of HOA negligence but we LOST and the only reason was hiring an incompetent lawyer Mr. Mike ( Just Talk No Results) so we not only lost the case which he should be counting on his second hand (as he boost about how many cases he lost - which is exactly the amount of cases he has taken) but also our money and additional stuff he made us do to help HOA without our consent sent out email. As soon as HOA responded to 1st email he backed off and did not do no negotiation so we paid 5 times price because Mike cannot negotiate. And now he wanted us to file a lawsuit and this time he changed price 80 times more than initially quoted price ( I guess that's a discount too so he can sleep) And when we pressured him to follow through with negotiation agreement not only did he had a melt down on phone and asked us not to talk to him for rest of day but did worst job of mishandling our priorities ( making us lose what more can I say). He was tough on us but meek with HOA and it reached to a point where it felt like I paid him to yell at me on phone and stop asking HOA to do their job !!! His email was not only weak but lacked any legal content or research he was supposed to do before sending the letter. Do not get carried away by the number of cases he claims he has taken or how much ever discount he offers you, HE WILL NOT BE ON YOUR SIDE - as he is a weak and incompetent lawyer. All he is good at is filing paperwork for businesses , no people skills am not even sure if he gets to deal with people or cases on regular basis. Hopefully this review will help someone to not go through same experience as I went through , it is not worth losing a strong case , money and dignity ( HE LITERALLY SCREAMS AT YOU ON THE PHONE BEFORE HE HANGS UP PHONE ON YOU) by dealing with this guy!

I realized when I was preparing to deploy overseas for several months that while it sounded morbid,…read moreI should probably do some estate planning in case anything happened to me, or in case something came up in my personal affairs while I was gone that I was unable to take care of. A fellow volunteer at an event I was working on mentioned that her husband did estate planning and it might be worthwhile to check out even though I am in the east valley and the office was in Glendale. I can assure you it was such an easy and carefree experience that I cannot believe I was actually seeing a lawyer. I always pictured it being so complicated and expensive and having things said to me I wouldn't understand without use of a legal jargon dictionary. However, Heath sat down with me and discussed the different types of documents that were available and what they were used for as well as answered any questions I had in regard to them. He also asked questions about my affairs in order to create the documents needed. Ends up I just needed a simple estate planning package with a few different documents. I left that day giving Heath the information he needed to draft the documents. Since I didn't live nearby, he emailed me drafts of the documents when they were complete for me to review. I was able to ask any questions I had before hand and when I showed up to pick up the documents, all I had to do was sign and pay the small fee that was charged. Witnesses were available and everything was painless. I highly recommend visiting Heath for any estate planning needs.

I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of…read morelegal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law's expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath's no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance - I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.
