It turns out this is their food truck that they run a relatively short distance from their permanent storefront. The food trucks are in the parking lot of Bull Market, which wasn't large to begin with. Because of that there's a 15 minute time limit for parking and the whole space is really cramped. We definitely agreed that next time the storefront is the way to go BUT this is a great option for the youths at USF to grab a treat. As for the chimney cake itself?
