There were 7 different sliders to try, which seemed like a smarter option than eating a whole burger, but I only chose to try 2. The Roadhouse slider had bacon, onion straws, melted cheese and bbq sauce and was extremely good. The other one was a Cow Guy Burger, which was topped with bacon jam, melted cheese, parmesan slaw, onion straws and bbq sauce. Although they had somewhat similar ingredients they tasted very different. The Cow Guy Burger was messier to eat, but equally as good. At the time we left the festival, this truck was in first place as the crowd favorite. I hope they won, as they were extremely good. Staff was pleasant and patient, prices were reasonable and everything was run efficiently. Hope to see them at another festival.

This was my first time at, Slime The Conch Man food truck. I am glad that I was in the area, saw the information on Yelp, and stopped by. The lady who took the order, was really pleasant. My husband ordered our food. I wanted conch salad, so since we're from Miami, we decided to get the conch salad that was named "Miami Style." :-) We ordered 2 medium cups that were $17 a piece. There are 4 sizes, and 4 conch salad styles you can select. I really wanted the citrus style, but they were out. Next time, I will order conch fritters and fried conch. Their food was literally incredible, the service was top notch, and the food truck has little tables outside that are perfect to hang out at with your family and with your doggo. We had a wonderful time trying out all the amazing dishes these ladies have curated and being a proud Latina, I love getting to try my favorite dishes made in new ways (like the croqueta sandwich) and have some flavors from my childhood (alllllll the smoothies).
